I had an appointment with Alex for hair color and cut and I am so happy with his work! I am not a person who writes reviews often, but I think that this definitely deserves this one. It has been a week since my appointment and people keep giving me compliments on my hair color and style, so I had to give Alex a shout-out. Thank you!!! Alex is a professional; he made sure that he understood what I wanted to achieve in regards to the hair color and what is the best way to go about it, because I have fine hair. The salon, Le Passage, seems to be newly remodeled, looks clean and has a good vibe/atmosphere; they have complimentary drinks and snacks, as well. Went in for an eyebrow wax. The esthetician actually spent quite a bit of time on my brows and gave me a mini massage afterwards to soothe any irritation. The salon looks clean and is quite spacious. read more

I have to say that I have never been so disappointed at the hairdresser!? . I visited this place for the first time and last time. It looks like without appointment early you don't have chance to cut your hair! No one want to take care of me .....and I saw four people do nothing ..... I went to this salon about 3 weeks ago was attended by Maggie, she did a very good haircut and hairdo was very pleased with her but the salon was not clean and it was very messy, as you go in you first find men doing hair and the floors very dirty, I used to go to LePassage when they were at Thatcher and Belmont to Ania, she moved t Poland and I was very devastated because she was terrific, now they moved here but this salon is not near to what it was before, it was so beautiful, clean and with a very nice atmosphere, they need to do something to make it clean and nead, it is smaller but it can still be better. I do not know if I will return because I really like Maggie. read more

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I scheduled an appointment with Yulia (Aliy Dybko) at 3pm this afternoon. As I reached her earlier today over the messenger for a casual request prior to leaving, she informed me that my appointment was canceled!!! due to her missing the plane in NY. Obviously, Yulia did not bother to contact me on the phone or messenger to give me an early notice, while we have a long history of texting each other. Which also means that without me talking to her this morning, I would have learned about cancellation upon arrival. I also asked Aliy Dybko to look into the possibility of rescheduling me with another hairdresser as my hair urgently needs to be done before I go away for a family event tomorrow, which she was aware of. Unfortunately, I NEVER received a reply. Nor could I reach the salon to address the issue in person. The message I left hasn't been answered either. I really counted on Yulia, especially because she advertised machine hair polishing on her FB page, which was the procedure I was looking for. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed with my experience and how poorly the clients are handled in this saloon. I will not recommend anybody to use your service. read more

I came to this place for a haircut because my mom made an appointment for me with Ewelina. I have never been happier with a haircut in my life, and i've been dying my hair for 5 years. I told her millions of ideas of mine and how I don't really know what I want and I showed her basically five hundred pictures of examples then I left it in her hands. For the haircut I simply said do whatever you think is best on my face. Once she was done I almost cried, the color came out exactly how I wanted it. The perfect blonde with strawberry blonde highlights that NO ONE can do. The haircut was perfectly layered and fit my face to a T. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. read more

Went to la passage last week to cut my hair, they also cut my neck. No one says sorry (girl name was kamila).I ask for owner or manager to explain what happened. Owner Chris suggest me that I'd didnot happened in this salon "you probably cut yourself at home"he said - no sorry at all. Very bad attitude.
