The management of the facility is the reason that we continue to use Metro Self Storage for our storage needs. They are friendly, helpful and always available to address your concerns. Seriously, it's true: the "Woohoo! AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!" I went online to find a storage unit in Southampton. There were two places, Bob's and Metro Self Storage. I was ready to go with Bob's as my sister is with them, however my m.o. is to always reach out to more than one company for any service I'm in need of. So I filled out the info on both sites. When I received a phone call back from Alan at Metro within the hour of of my application, that clinched the deal for me. That IS 100% service and more than admirable customer relations. So I organized with him to check in at 2pm at the next day tho was unfortunately running behind and received a phone call back from Jane at 2:30 and made commitment to come at 4:30. At 5:30, still running behind, called and Jane said she would stay open to check me in. Bless her BIG heart. How lucky are you Metro Self Storage for having such an incredibly dedicated employee?!!! When I arrived at 5:45 pm, Jane was not only smiling and super friendly, she was extremely accommodating and took her time, graciously, with me in going thru all the paperwork and getting me registered and settled in. And the cherry on top? ...Offering the first month for $1.00 and no that is not is a typo...one dollar for the first month with no commitment of additional months. The buildings and storage units AND streets within in the compound are so clean you could eat off of them! Lastly, the landscaping is truly beautiful! Thank you Jane!
