Examples of reasons we've gone here are strep throat, ear infections, swimmers ear, and sinus infection. We were properly diagnosed, we were seen at the time we expected (not a long wait if we walked in, seen within 5 minutes of appt time if we made an appt prior to coming in), ans it was very convenient to be able to pick up our prescriptions right there. Definitely recommend! I have gone to another chain pharmacy that offers medical visits and have never received this level of care. (The other location even sent me home after missing a pneumonia diagnosis & telling me I just needed to "let the cold run it's course." The other pharmacy has also mixed up prescriptions that would've killed or harmed our unborn child. Thankfully, we caught it ourselves at home.

As I wanted to be seen to have my ears cleaned, I thought it would be easy. The website was a no go, as the staff would have seen me in a week. So I dropped in or walked in as they now allow. The walk in process ended up taking about 60 minutes. Not terrible, but not exactly as expected. As I will be traveling and not back in town for a while, I wanted to get this done. My wife was up most of night with horrible headache from a sinus infection. Thought urgent care was best option, and the O'Fallon WellNow was most convenient. At 10:15am, I scheduled an appt online for earliest available 11:15am. Arrived 10:45am, was given a tablet to complete registration. I helped my wife fill everything out because her head hurt so much. Woman at check-in not sympathetic or empathetic. Finally shown a room at 12:10pm, doctor appeared 12:45pm (hour and half after scheduled appt). Doctor WAS empathetic, listened carefully, was capable and professional. So despite the disappointing upfront experience and amount of time involved, we were able to receive competent care in the end.

What shocked me the most was how many open appointments they had both times. I was able to be seen same day. I love the app. Easy to make an appointment. The text messages took me a minute to figure out because I assumed you cancel and do everything online. No ma'am. You can use a text to cancel and check in when you arrive! Come on technology! Both times, the ladies at the reception desk and the nurses/doctors I saw were very nice. They listened to my symptoms, explained what was going on and quickly made a diagnosis. I didn't have to wait more than maybe 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The waiting area is clean and has amenities like a coffee station and even an arcade game. They have Kleenex and face masks available for those who need them. I'm so impressed with this place and I'm glad we don't have to wait weeks to see our primary doctor or wait 24 hours in an emergency room!!!

The team just hangs out chatting and laughing instead of seeing patients. As you can hear while sitting in the waiting room and in the room. You spend just as much time at this urgent care as you would the hospital. it is ignorant, they need someone there who will make everyone do their job. Look at the reviews!! When I asked if my temperature had been taken, she insisted it had -- even though the staff member before her never checked it. I am 60 years old and certainly know what having your temperature taken involves. She left the room, came back with a thermometer, quickly scanned my forehead, and told me I didn't have a fever. When I asked if my symptoms could be sinus-related, she immediately said no without even examining my throat or nose. When I mentioned that I didn't appreciate her implying I was lying about my temperature not being checked, she said it was written down in my chart -- which honestly made the situation worse. Accurate charting should be a priority. I left feeling unheard and disrespected. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this provider

They did blood test, urine analysis and CT scan. This took around 4.5 hours. A few days later, I…read morecalled requesting test results to be faxed to my MD. They claimed HIPPA laws prevent this! To my own MD? My MD office had to call them, then FAX was sent. Someone there appears to be confused about what HIPPA laws mean. The urine test was not complete. Bladder infection diagnosed. I asked what bacteria was present and was told they don't know because no culture was done. Why? What was my account charged for if you do not know? Meds prescribed were ineffective ($30) and testing had to be repeated a week later. I would not go back to this urgent care.

Got in at 8am and was seen and out the door within an hour. The entire staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful!
