The whole visit was delightfully compact; everyone laughed at my nervous-patient jokes, and I went out into the night feeling that I had been treated extra-kindly by informed human beings. I know this isn't the stereotype of urgent care, and people in pain always see flaws, but this place is GREAT. I don't want to have a reason to come there again, but I would be comforted if I had to.

Perhaps they should consider training other members of the staff the registry process. I understand that unexpected staffing issues may happen but patients rely on posted business hours, especially when seeking medical care.

This lady should not be working in an urgent care it seems she's too lazy to do her job, she shouldn't be around sick people period. Now that she is the doctor there I would not recommend anybody walk into this location.

Before arriving, I called with a few questions and the secretary who answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful. When I arrived, she continued to be exceptional. She helped me scan the barcode to register, asked for my information, and even allowed me to email the documents to her. Her energy was very welcoming and professional, and I really appreciated how kind she was. After that, she brought me into the exam room. The medical assistant who helped me was wonderful as well. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was also great. Although our conversation was brief, he was warm, attentive, and made sure to answer any questions I had. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. The wait time was very short, the staff was professional and caring, and I truly appreciated the level of service I received.
