After I forwarded a lipid (cholesterol) blood test requested by my primary doctor to Dr. Taddeo so she could adjust my statin prescription, she refused to increase the strength of my statin, nor reduce its strength based on the blood work unless I came into her Bronxville, NY office in person so she would receive her fee for my office visit. I had already provided her full fees for 3 prior office visits during the year 2025 with my most recent visit on Sept 2025. In October 2025 she received my lipid blood work but refused to discuss my lipid dose requirement with me by phone and then voided my lipid prescription and several months of prescription renewals from the Fleetwood Pharmacy. Her actions may have put my life in danger since I had to scramble to find an alternate doctor to provide me with my statin and for some time I had no statins to take. I am age 71 and the statin prescription helps me fight the following illnesses: high cholesterol, two leaky heart valves, one coronary heart artery partial blockage and partial blockages in both my carotid arteries. HER PATIENTS NEED TO MOVE ON TO A CARDIOLOGIST WITH COMPASSION WHO CARES FOR THEIR PATIENT'S LONGEVITY.

I labored in triage which is a bathroom-less room and an hour later gave birth by pooping all over my child's face, right after they told me the proper room was still not ready. They charged me about $3k for the fancy labor & delivery room. Once in recovery, I asked for my child to be bathed-the nurses refused. She was literally covered in crap. Once night hit -and I'm epileptic and had been awake over 40hrs-I asked that my child be taken to the nursery. I was told "we don't have a nursery" funny, website says you do? And so does my child's bill. So now I'm paying another $3k for a service that I didn't get the advantage of using and supposedly didn't exist. I have spent hours on the phone with their billing department, being passed around time after time and told no charges would be changing. As an Endocrinologist I've experienced him doing things I've never new they were suppose do. He stays on top of his patients, always aware of what's going on through testing, asking questions, listening, and simply paying attention. He is a caring person and doctor. I must also say that he has patience and demonstrates a natural kindness to the disabled (my Daughter has Down Syndrome). He is not "skiddish" as I find most doctors ro be with the disabled. He has an extremely busy practice but does not fall short on kindness and patient to people. He remembers that he is there for his patients and this is another reason why we keep coming back to him. I am grateful for him and his staff who are an excellent representation of himself. I would highly recommend Dr. Jonas Leibowtiz to anyone as their Endocrinologist. I made an appointment for 11 and was called at 11:05. Not only that, my father came with me at the last minute so he was a walk in. But, he got right in by 11:15. All the women we interacted with were very friendly and very professional! Only little thing was my father's prescription went to the CVS we wanted next door, but mine somehow ended up in Eastchester. I have asthma and when I'm calling to see the doctor I was always given an appointment later in the week. I was always told to go to Urgent Care or the EMERGENCY ROOM. Dr. Kovoor is a good doctor and if you need something his receptionist always relays his messages to him and he gets back to you. He has always called me back with every test results. But the Nurse Practitioner is always available! I was very ill back in February with bad bronchitis (I went to Urgent Care).
