i have an appointment today at 4:30pm so i have not had a chance to assess the appointment, however i do have an issue with their marketing and advertising. the flyer i got in my mailbox says in 3 different places; free vein screening- you do not get a free vein screening! you get a 15 min free consultation with a physician. usa vein clinics must be honest with their advertising and just tell the public that you will have a "free consultation" your vein will not be screened or assessed. as an rn i can tell right now, my 15 "free vein screening" which will be a consultation will be nothing more than 2 health care professionals chatting it up for 15 mins. read more

Dr. French is the GOAT (greatest of all time). He saw that my mom's leg swelling wasn't lymphedema but just edema and gave her clear instructions on how to resolve. Her edema is almost gone. Other Dr's gave her wrong medications and treatment but Dr. French was spot on. She can't stop singing his praises. I recommend this office and Dr. French. read more

Do not come into this office. I went to the white plains location in the Bronx one time.. paid my copay, no problem.. my insurance no problem (Empire$.. Two months later Im checking mu debit $ balance.. they charged me two separate payments in minutes from each other of $250.00 and $184.00 for not showing up to my follow up appointment. worst experience, billing office is not helpful at all, stating that I am responsible for it due to signing an financial agreement that was never given to me. Normally I don't write a negative review But in this case I had the worse experience from this location. If you have 2 hours to wait for each appointment because they over book multiple Patients then no problem. On top Of that when the clinic was closed on 10/15, which it was suppose to be opened no one had the courtesy to call to let me know not to come in. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! read more

Don't use this clinic! The front desk in unprofessional and the wait time is ridiculous over 2 hours each time. You call and complain and nothing is done about it. Terrible customer service. I went to the 2157 White Plains location in the Bronx. I had a terrible experience at USA Vein Clinic. This clinic is FRAUDULENT! Also, the expensive procedure didn't work. Doctor Jeromy Patterson skills are incompetent. I went to this practice to have Varicose Veins and Spiders Veins Treatment. I was told they accept my insurance. However, I was bill $3,000 for a Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment that didn't work! I still have bulging veins in my legs. Doctor Patterson billed me for 2 treatment for Sclerotherapy too. I still have Spider Veins. I STILL HAVE VARICOSE VEINS AND SPIDER VEINS. I was also left with a scar and bruises on my leg bec Dr. Jeromy Patterson assistant wrapped my leg so tight with gauze. I was in pain for 2 days. USA vein clinic had the audacity to bill my insurance company $27,2000 for the ELVT. More money for sclerotherapy injection, ultra sound etc. This is an exorbitant amount of money. The USA Vein client have incompetent people working at the front desk . Also, in customer service. Oscar Bruno is a customer service representative. He keeps giving me the runaround. He kept telling me he is going to look into my case and call me back. He never returns my calls. I have to call customer service all often. I received a call from the billing department a few weeks ago. They told me I owe $3,000. I almost fainted. They said they have been contacting and sending me bills for months. THAT IS A LIE! They never sent me a bill! I just received my first bill on June12, 2019 after calling customer service and complaining. I called customer service several times. Everyone I spoke too were useless. I finally had an honest person who told me they had been having mailing issues. Yet, a previous customer service representatives implied I was lying. I was charged $507.31 because they claim I was late paying my bill. Within 90 days, I was charged $419.09. A credit card company doesn't charge that much! They sent me a second bill saying I must pay NOW. They threaten to send my bill to collections. USA Vein client is making me responsible for the dysfunctional billing department error. This place is a SCAM. Also, they have an UNETHICAL medical and billing practice. The doctors don't treat veins. They scam patients. I'm appealing my case with the insurance company. Stay away! If you research this company. They have terrible reviews. I want to save other people from being scammed. The billing department never return my calls. I have to call. They don't rectify the problem. They don't care. All USA clinics should be investigated. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more
