He doesn't waste time and gets straight to the point! I liked him and recommended my Dad whose in his early 70's. He also likes him and that is good coming from a seasoned generation set in their ways! I recommend Dr. Chappelle without hesitation. Not sure if he's related to the comedian or not, but he has a funny bone. Go see him for all your dermatological needs.

I wanted to say good things about my experience but I cannot. There location at the new Northside…read morelocation in Smyrna has a lot of work to do. The address is 4298 Atlanta Rd SE #320, Smyrna, GA 30080. I went in as a new patient on 9/21 because I had a minor rash. They scheduled me with their PA Carly. I was so happy that the location was near by. When I made the appointment the day prior, the agent said that she would be sending me a link to fill out paperwork on their online patient portal. Unfortunately, the link did not work. The next day I decided to go into the office earlier to complete the paperwork. When I arrived the receptionist gave me paperwork to fill out and I explained that I could not get into the patient portal. She said that she would check and send me another registration link. Before I could complete the paperwork the nurse called me back earlier than my scheduled appointment. I was attempting to complete the paperwork; however, the nurse kept interfering and not allowing me to finish. All she simply said is you can complete before you leave. Now who wants to stay after their appointment filling out paperwork? After she asked all her questions (which were all on the application), she went and got the PA. The PA was nice, but I could tell the level of knowledge was not 100% there. She seemed more like a student doing her residency. She took less that 5 minutes to evaluate the situation and simply to the nurse to write a prescription for some Ketoconazole 2% Cream (that anyone can purchase over the counter or on Amazon). Fast forward to today, 9/27 the rash is still there and no change. I immediately called to the office and asked if there was an MD (Dr. Goodman), that I can schedule an appointment to see. She took forever locating me in system because the original staff member who scheduled my appointment put the wrong DOB (which would explain why I couldn't sign into their portal). This staff member for one said that the Dr. Goodman just oversees the PA' s notes and approves & sends prescriptions in for them. I immediately thought what have I gotten myself into. Then she said that there was another MD at the office and that she could schedule my follow up with him. I said okay, but told her the medication was not working and that I cannot wait until the month follow up. She immediately said she only handles appointments and transferred me to the medical line. Their medical line had me leave a message on their answering machine. About 30 minutes later I got a call from one of their nurses (can't remember her name), who said that she spoke to the provider and that they were going to send a prescription over to their pharmacy and that would be sending me a prescription out within the next two days and for me to continue to take the medication (that wasn't working until them) and to purchase Zeasorb AF to help in the healing. I immediately asked will my insurance cover medicine from their pharmacy and she simply said they should. That was the weirdest thing because I have insurance and they pay only for prescriptions sent to CVS. Why wouldn't they just send the prescription to my local CVS since that is a normal thing that happens. Fast forward a few hours later. No prescription or link was ever sent or filled. I called the office again with no response and also sent a message to Carly through the online portal. No link, no prescription and no further contact from the office. I am highly disappointed and will never recommend Goodman Dermatology to anyone.

The worst botox experience. If you want to waste 550$ on…read moreforehead botox this is your place! Botox shouldnt cost this much first of all, I got hustled. They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. I cant even imagine letting this guy give me surgery. That's a HARD NO FOR ME. See photos below and you can see the skin overlapping. The photos that are flawless are BEFORE BOTOX. The hooded eyes are AFTER THE BOTOX. UGHHHHH ITS HORRIBLE. Please don't give these people your money for botox.

These last two times I agreed to see the PA and not the Dr. herself due to scheduling. There's no reminder sent that you're due for an "annual visit" so you need to keep track of when your last appointment was and when your prescriptions expire. They will not renew your prescriptions if you haven't been in person in over a year. The phone is rarely answered when you call, but I was pleasantly surprised that this time I received a text message reply allowing me to text back and schedule an appointment. Sadly still no option to schedule online or via email but at least they allow text messages now. Also in the year 2026 you are still required to wear a mask to enter. Thankfully I stash one in my car for these reasons but I noticed they gave one to someone else who had come in after me. The website is also frequently down. Thankfully I remembered where to go in the garage and which door to enter but if it's your first time you will want to know this before you get in the car to go there. It's not intuitive at all. Thankfully my skin concerns are mostly about routine maintenance at this point so these visits tend to be very easy. Last time was with the female PA and this time was the male. Both were very friendly and attentive. I arrived shortly before my 3:00 appointment and wasn't called to the back until 3:30. The visit was brief and by the time I'd scheduled my next appointment it was already 4:00. Wait time can definitely be improved but at least it's possible to communicate with the office via text now.

The front desk called me a few months ago stating I owe $160. I told the front desk lady ( I presume it was) that I refuse to pay until this charge was corrected. I told them that I was being over charged and according to my insurance and my insurance app I should only pay $80.00 I spoke to accounting today a certain Miss C. and now I am being told I owe $100 as I am in for collections. I had no emails, no letters or phone calls notifying me of this! I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THEY TREATED ME ON THIS.

The medical team reviewed my mother's medical records before they met with us and tended to every detail with concern. We couldn't ask for a more well-trained, wise and understanding doctor. The drop off areas are beautiful and the parking lot has a practical drop-off ateas. My only regret is failing to take photos of the lovely, spacious waiting areas.

I felt they should have discounted that procedure or do something for all the money I paid the first go around. He claimed I had scare tissue and that is why the initial surgery didn't work. He did not mention any scar tissue once he performed the first surgery. I feel like he could have worked with me. Even though I spoke with office manager. Still they did nothing for me. I left spending a lot of money with no difference and no compensation. Be careful going here. Supposedly he does this surgery all day.

I wanted a natural look and give some volume to fill out shirts/dresses and I could not be happier with the result. The surgery went great, recovery was well explained and managed and follow-ups went easily. I am so happy with the result and love having my confidence back after having kids and going into the summer months. Could not recommend him and Marietta plastic surgery enough!!!
