DO NOT BUY A MACHINE FROM HERE! We were even shown a video that it was in working order. Got it home, won't freeze anything. Even juice with no alcohol. Called/texted/messaged on Facebook with ZERO response. We even just asked what needs to be fixed so we didn't just waste our money with this machine- no response. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE $1! We rented a machine this past weekend to enjoy at our Fight Night party. It was a HUGE hit, and I really cannot recommend them enough. Our party started at 7, they arrived at 3:45 to set up. The machine was wheeled in on a cart with a curtain to hide the bottom storage compartment. It wasn't too big, and worked well in the corner of the kitchen. We went with the regular mix which was great. Included in our one machine rental was enough margarita for a good time. We were given extra mix which we needed as the night went on. They do all the mixing as well as provide cups, straws, and margarita salt, so all we needed to furnish was the tequila and triple sec. The came by the next day to pick everything up as promised. I brought my business margarita machine in last minute for a repair. I was told that they are backed up till 2 weeks for repairs so I had no choice but to wait. And amazingly enough, the repair guy called me that afternoon and told he had repaired and had it ready for me that same day!!!! My hair salon offers margaritas and it's a big since we've been having triple dight weather! I was trying to get a margarita machine for an office party. It was so difficult to find one pretty last minute as most places were out of availability since it was close to Cinco de Mayo. But Metroplex Margaritas were so responsive and willing to work with me to get everything in order during their busiest time. John kept me up to date, sent an invoice with all the details, and responded anytime I had questions. I have been doing business with John for over 10 years. First under the name of Cool Freeze and now under Metroplex. I bought my machines from him and have always bought my mixes from him. My customers ask why I would buy my mixes from someone in Texas when there are companies in California that sell the same mixes. I tell them they are NOT the same mixes. Johns mixes are by far the best on the market. My customers that have tried my competitors machines and mixes, tell me that what I provide is far superior to the competition. I purchased 2 Crathco 3311 machines from John at Metroplex Margaritas last year. I was assured they were in good condition and John even promised a 6 month parts warranty. Upon arrival, there were a few parts missing or damaged, which John sent to me... a lightbulb and a few other inexpensive items. Soon thereafter, I started having trouble with both machines (compressor not turning on, machine overheating, machine not freezing, etc.). When I reached out to John again, he stopped responding altogether. I have spent at least $2000 on parts and repairs. John is a good salesman, I'll give him that. He certainly had me fooled. I do not recommend purchasing from Metroplex Margaritas unless you have plenty of money to cover the cost of repairs. read more

These people have anything BUT integrity. I have used the ORIGINAL "Metroplex Margaritas" based out of GRANBURY several times and was EXTREMELY satisfied with their product, service, and INTEGRITY. When I lost the number on my phone, I looked online. The website that appeared was not the same and the number was not familiar to me so I did some research. Apparently, the lady who had the original business Metroplex Margaritas did not know a DBA expires every 10 years so these people pretty much stole her business name & good reputation. They even knew the lady who had the original Metroplex Margaritas. They claim to have been in business since 2002 and maybe they have been under another name but not under the name Metroplex Margaritas since they just filed an LLC in 2014. I don't know these people and have never done business with them but if they have been in business since 2002, I wonder why they are all of the sudden using a different name in 2014...and especially using the name of another business who had a solid reputation. Just knowing this information will make me never use these scammers! read more
