Overall an ok place to go if you need to replace washers, dryers, stoves, or refrigerator/freezer.

I remember my mom's neighbor bringing it back from Italy in the 60's and mom paying her $50 for it. It traveled with us to every subsequent home for the next 50 years till it came to live with me. This wonderful shop owner couldn't exactly match the arm, but he came extremely close. He took great care in replacing it, and the chandelier looks great. It really meant everything to me.
