Contacted Rhonda for gutter cleaning and boy did we have a job for her. They had not been professionally cleaned for quite awhile and we have several huge trees over our house. She & her team spent hours getting gutters cleaned like new. On the roof, running hoses, water was free flowing through the system like it should be. Way above and beyond what I expected. And, to make the service even better she contacted me 6 months later to see if I'd like to schedule again. Ronda was great about responding and staying in touch. I ordered Window Cleaning (outside only this first time), Power washing of a shed, and gutter cleaning. What I really liked about this business was their range of abilities. It saved me from having to contact and communicate with several different businesses. As well, they did a really good job on each service. Our only down side was a mix-up about the starting time, so i was not able to meet with her, which I would have preferred to do the first time. I started my search for a residential window cleaning service on a "coupon" website. This company had 166 very positive reviews! Because I live in a condo and have a little bit of a different window situation so I sent an email request for a quote on a Saturday. Much to my surprise I received a response almost immediately...on a day the company is closed. Rhonda came out and provided a quote, very reasonable quote to say the least, and agreed to clean my windows today. My windows were nasty! I've tried to clean them myself but they just have not turned out looking that nice for me. This is no joke, I noticed my CLEAN windows from down the street. My windows look amazing! I'd give more stars if I could...customer service, timeliness, and caliber of work, all wonderful. Rhonda was very fair with her price. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

I am selling a large house on a 3 acre lot. I contracted with Metroplex Gutter Cleaning to clear the yard of leaves, power wash the exterior and clean the windows inside and out. This house has a lot of windows. Rhonda and Walker were on time for our appointment to quote the job. The quote I received seemed quite low so I accepted immediately. I feel certain that it turned out to be a lot bigger job than they expected given the amount of time and labor that they and their staff put in. They never complained or asked for more money. The job was quite good and thorough and I am completely satisfied. I'm a very cheap guy but I really felt guilty and ended up paying them a little more than they asked for.
