They assisted us with dealing with government officials, the Medical Examiner's office, transportation and explained the entire cremation process. There was constant communication from their staff and office who were always pleasant, courteous and gracious. "Service" doesn't describe the level of bereavement and grief outreach that was threaded throughout every person's engagement with us.
