Glas Tek was the first business to contact me, and I heard from them quite literally less than 10 minutes after submitting the request. I can't say enough great things about their responsiveness and friendly, straightforward communication. The whole process start to end was smooth and stress-free. That same night, we scheduled a time for someone to come and fix the crack the very next day. Dennis ended up coming to my work on Thursday morning, and I received a text from him letting me know that my windshield was all fixed and that I could call him to provide my payment. I had another small crack on my windshield that had already been there for almost a year, and he was able to fix that one too. I was very impressed that he was able to repair it! My windshield looks perfect. Also, the price to fix both cracks cost almost HALF the price of the place I have visited in the past. Communication was great the whole way through--they kept me updated and were easy to reach. They got the job done fast and efficiently. There were some nails left around the yard afterward, but that's pretty common with roofing work. Also, an oil stain showed up on the driveway from a delivery truck (not even their vehicle), but they still took care of it without any hassle.
