I was doing some after Christmas organization and was in need of a few boxes that reams of paper come in to store some of my canning jars in. Boxes that Office Depot are never in short supply of and throw away daily. When I asked for a few boxes, I was first told that they'd already crushed them for the day. I asked if I could come back the next day for some and the girl told me no. She said they would rather sell me boxes than repurpose the boxes they were going to throw away. I can buy anything Office Depot sells on Amazon or at Staples. Next time I need office supplies, I won't be going to Office Depot.

I return home and find out my product does not work. I return to staples one week later to figure this situation out. The man who helped me was Bob, he was very nice and outgoing to help me. Bob had the same product as me so we tried his out, and it worked fine. I could not find my recipt so i couldnt return this product, i also paid in cash, Bob looked into the pc log history and found my purchase. I bought this product during a half off one week sale. Apparently, theyve already had one return of the cd drive because it didnt work. We figured this company sent these batches out half off because they didnt work. Bob then refunded my purchase after all the work we put into this machine, told me to come in next wrek and purchase another one for full price. He helped me very much after this conundrum we went through. If you every have problems with your pc go see him! He knows his work, and is very sympathetic towards customers, going out of his way to help out. He even told me my skyrim cd could be downloaded with steam. Just enter they key and play. Extremely helpful. Overall rating four because of the bad batches that people bought without any knowledge that they were already broke.

Also, many financial advisors are recommending have a safety fire box in your home. When I went shopping for mine, I was surprised some of the safe boxes were not fire or water safe. If I'm going to have one, I want it to survive a fire and the water putting out the fire. I found the size I needed, so the next decision I had to make was, key or keypad. I'm old school and went with a key over the digital keypad. It will be easier to open when I am dead and gone. Pricing was good, the difference between being fire protection and not was only about $30 and key vs keypad was $10. So, whatever way you want to go, I say the pricing is totally affordable. Cashier was friendly and apologized that I had to wait behind a challenging customer. I praised him on how he handled the situation and wished him a good day. I love my new safe box.
