They work together as a team, which is something you don't see very often. I have been going there for quite a while, and everyone there, at one point or another, has gone above and beyond to help me. Vicky, Dr. Goldman's assistant, is marvelous. She is always so pleasant and personable. Recently, I discovered that it was she who took it upon herself to write what must have been a master crafted PA in order to obtain Lidoderm Patches for me. I have been trying to obtain them via insurance for over a year. Three doctors have tried, as well. These patches are the one thing that cures my pain. I had resorted to buying them from Canada for close to $200. One day, I got a letter in the mail stating my appeal had been approved. Now, a month's supply is under $5. Dr. Goldman is a stellar doctor, who takes time to listen and offer knowledgeable, compassionate feedback. I've never felt rushed out his office. He's sincerely concerned and has been there for me during recent health crises, which I will never forget. He's also funny, witty and sharp. His calming demeanor has made me feel at ease. I don't normally call health providers, but have called Dr. Goldman. I feel comfortable with him, and know he's not going to balk at my concern(s). He really wants to help, and it shows. They were nothing short of amazed. They told me how Doctor Cohen was very welcoming and how the atmosphere really reflected a quality experience in the office. Doctor Cohen advised my mom with nothing but the best advice possible during her pregnancy. He was very welcoming and took his own personal time to return all her phone calls and get back to her with the information that she needed. In today's world, that is hard to come by; especially for a doctor. When I was born, I was told that he arrived at the hospital immediately to check me out, and examine me. As I grew and matured throughout they years, I went to Doctor Cohen every year for a very comprhensive physical consisting of proper growth and weight analysis, immunizations, blood tests, and booster shots. In my teens I developed a great relationship with Doctor Cohen. He became not only a doctor to me, but a great mentor, advisor, and friend. He always knew what I was doing, made me update him on my new accomplishments, and took the time after my appointments to chat with me about anything that I wanted to. He was so open, and provided valuable knowledge and guidance to me during this time. He truly does know his patients, and does not rely on notes for his memory, he is that good. I'm going to be 23 next month, and I am in graduate school. I love Doctor Cohen so much that he is STILL my primary care physician. I look forward to going to see Doctor Cohen every year and to talk to him every year about my life. He truly is one in a million doctors out there. If you have him, you are very lucky to have him your life. Now that I am probably going to the last appointment of life with him tomorrow, I will never loose touch with Doctor Cohen. You don't feel like you're in a doctor's waiting room, but rather in a lounge, the practice is on the 28th floor overlookig the city, and I felt very relaxed waiting for Dr Konanur. As to her, she took her time, answered all my question, and did that on a level that made complete sense. I had a couple of questions going into this appointment and feel like I know everything I need to know and I have no more concerns. I can only recommend her to everyone, I am not looking to change my primary care physician any time soon!

Emerging from the pandemic, I wanted to get my eyes checked again so I called for an appointment. I was given an appointment and then I received a call that my appointment would be canceled unless I called to discuss my insurance. I have Tufts Health Together presently, which is a MassHealth plan. I have had lots of other types of other insurance in the past, and this is only temporary. When I finally talked to Dr. Bahn's office, the woman who spoke to me was very, very curt with me (as if she didn't want to waste her time with me), as she told me Dr. Bahn didn't take my insurance and that she was canceling my appointment. I asked her how much it would cost to pay completely out of pocket, and she said and I quote: "It's $175.00 just to walk in the door." I really like Dr. Bahn but I will never return as her patient even if my next insurance is the best that money can buy. People should be nicer to one another, especially now.

The sudden onset of vision loss was of great concern to me. Upon contacting Dr. Bhan's office, Dr Bhan made time to immediately see me, no days of waiting. My access to her care was immediate and excellent. Dr Bhan's outstanding "bedside manner" is warm, reassuring and highly informative. Her compassionate demeanor immediately gave me great confidence and reassurance that all would be fine. Upon my arrival at her office, I was immediately taken into the exam room. The exam environment is clean and filled with what appeared to be every conceivable type of equipment she would need, as well as several models of the human eye and associated structures. These items help me understand what was wrong with my sight and how Dr. Bhan recommended we solve the problem. I decided to go forward with having both eyes corrected. Karen in the front office was a very valuable asset to me. She explained all the pre-op requirements, ordered specific medication for pre-op preparations and was there to assist us every time we called. Thank you, Karen! When I arrived at the hospital to have the procedure performed the intake and day surgery preparations were fast and easy. Dr. Bhan greeted me in pre-op, once again thoroughly explained what was about to happen and out, I went! After two weeks of recovery my sight is 20/15 and I have never been able to see so clearly.
