Place is always busy, after 10 min on the treadmill , the instructor asked me to move because they need the equipment for a class!

Great facility and staff. One of the few places in the area with an indoor pool. Great schedule of classes, events, and workshops.

Some of the front staff is awful. They need better staff for sure. Zero respect for customers.

Best gym for the price you pay. It has it all. Swimming pool, basketball court, and lots of free weights and machines.

Interesting. The building is in renovation, so the creep factor is high. Once you overcome the…read morehorror of the building and walk into the well equipped (but small) studio, you are fine. It's a franchise and each location has its quirks. If you have never done reformer pilates - TAKE YOUR TIME. It can be intimidating. Once I got myself into the studio, it was an interesting experience from there. Expect everyone to be delicately lean and know what they are doing (to a fault) when it comes to pilates. Other skills... well, we all are different. As a latino, I felt odd. As a 12 year zumba instructor, a lot of the mechanics were second nature to me, albeit the instructor for the day tried a "little too hard. Kudos for keeping safety at the forefront. It's not cheap, so if you are looking for price, this isn't the place for you. Given the drive and off of Route 9 (MY NEMESIS), I have some considerations. But I'd like to at least try the 4 pack one on one training sessions to get into the groove and see if this is something I can commit to longer term. As with any other program - work your way into it, unless you are one of the young superfreaks of nature (me, 35 years ago!). Pilates can be a gentle and effective way to strengthen, tone and lengthen, improving posture, balance and overall functional fitness activities (aka life in general). I have mixed feelings but I wasn't totally put off (chime in here F45 Wakeforest, NC area...). It's a logistics thing. If you are mainstream, middle income - you'll find yourself a great place to take your fitness to a new challenged.

Not this specific business but the company overall. I ordered the deluxe treadmill at the end of…read moreDecember. I was given a delivery date of 01/31/26. A bit of a wait but I figured I'd still have it for the worst part of winter. Got a couple of texts and emails leading up to the delivery date. On the expected date of delivery by 1100 AM I figured I'd call for a specific time. They couldn't help me other than to say it wasn't coming that day. I begrudgingly rescheduled for 02/14/26, got the requisite texts and emails excitedly prepping me for the upcoming delivery date. Today at around 4 PM I received a call telling me that I would have to reschedule again due to shipping issues. I canceled my order at that point. They obviously don't need my business. Looked like a quality product but alas I will never know. I wish I could give less than one star.

This is a general complaint about the company, not specifically the Boston facility. I've had an…read moreall access membership for six years, which I paid $44 a month for and never used a live class. So I switched to the app one at $25 a month and now no longer have access to the analytics on the bike. I have no idea what speed what resistance and how many miles I have gone. I have a non-peloton rowing machine and treadmill, and I am able to follow along with the analytics on those machine when I take rowing classes and tread classes using the same Peleton app. Peloton is doing their customers customers, a Significant disservice by not allowing access to the analytics on the bike when using their app and their bike shame on them. I recommend to everyone, don't buy a Peleton bike, buy a genetic, cheaper bike and you'll have more success with the Peleton app which is a great fitness app.
