I wanted a soft, natural look and she was able to create it even better than I imagined! On the wedding day, Nicole and her assistant (who is also great!) arrived on-time and ready to go. And just like during the trial session, Nicole was so sweet and made sure myself and my bridesmaids were comfortable. So we checked out many different artists, but after reading reviews and having our makeup and hair trial with Aileen and Julianna, we were sold. Everything we heard and read about their services from others is exactly what we received and more! The Luxe team made us feel comfortable and they were so organized, professional, friendly, and talented! We had 12 women in our wedding party + 2 of us (brides) who had got done up. Aileen, Julianna, Maria, and Jasmine arrived early, were so patient, a delight to work with, and finished on time when they said they would. No signage of the business, other buildings in the same plaza have signages. Later that night she called and apologized stating that she was sick. I asked for refund because of the red flags and especially a customer complained on BBB of the scar and infection. I posted the bad review on Yelp which prompted Christine to finally refund me $100 deposit but then lied on Yelp and reported my Yelp review stating that I was not her customer to have my Yelp review removed. I have been…read morecontemplating getting microblading done on my eyebrows, so I felt this was the perfect time to do so as her studio is located conveniently next to Southcenter mall and she had availability on a free weekend I had. The reasonable price was also very attractive, so I went ahead and booked an appointment about a week in advance. The session took about 2.5-3 hours; the first hour was focused on mapping out my brows to a shape we both liked and shaving/removing the excess eyebrow hairs to clean them up. Then she applied the numbing gel which took about 30 minutes to activate. Finally she got to the microblading process; some parts didn't hurt and some parts hurt quite a bit, but no pain no gain I guess! When she was finished she gave me a mirror to check them out and I was so amazed on how good, clean and natural they looked! Three days later and they're still looking amazing. She advised me on the aftercare and gave me a little kit for it which included a healing oilment I have to apply three times a day for the next week. She also recommended doing a touch-up appointment in 6-8 weeks, so I'll be scheduling that soon. Thanks so much for my beautiful brows, Izabella!
