It was a bigger endeavor than either of us had expected and she was absolutely wonderful through the whole (long and tedious) process and put in SO much care. When I showed up on time for the appointment I made through their website, I was told that I did not, in fact, have an appointment. They are not taking new clients. Nothing on their website indicates that this is the case. They do, however, tell you that you'll be responsible for the full cost of whatever service you signed up for if you fail to show. I am so disappointed. No one reached out to tell me my appointment wouldn't be honored. This is very poor customer service and erodes good will.

The definition of "eyelash extension" is attaching individual false lashes to your own real lashes, instead, she just used the store bough fake eyelashes and stick them to the bottom of my eyelids with superglue, that's not eyelash extension. 2. The place was gross. There were previous customers fake eyelashes scatter around the spot where my head was supposed to lay on. She saw that I noticed it, so she just cover them with a napkin. 3. While doing the lash work, she was also talking on the phone, 90% of the time, she was talking right above my face since I was laying there and she was attending my eyes. 4. My eyes burned on the way home, they hurt sooooo much. I had rush home and used the special glue remover to remove those fake lashes, but because she used the glue at the bottom of my eyelids, it was impossible not to touch my own lashes. It hurt like hell, I did the whole removal process while I tearing and screaming. At the end, I finally remove them, but my eyelids are red and swollen, and I barely have any of my own eyelash left, because she used superglue at the bottom of my eyelids. I've learned my lesson the hard way, when it's too good to be true, it is. She was friendly, but I doubt she has the state license for eyelash extension service provider. I've suggested Groupon to remove this business from your site, for other people's health sake.
