I made an appointment on the same day that the owner Christine Bach sent me the link to make the appointment. When I showed up to the appointment the door was locked and the building seemed empty. I called and texted Christine many times. No responses. No signage of the business, other buildings in the same plaza have signages. Later that night she called and apologized stating that she was sick. I asked for refund because of the red flags and especially a customer complained on BBB of the scar and infection. I posted the bad review on Yelp which prompted Christine to finally refund me $100 deposit but then lied on Yelp and reported my Yelp review stating that I was not her customer to have my Yelp review removed. I hate to write bad reviews, but this review is an honest one and an eye opener to anyone considering getting a Micro-brow service from Christine. I had my brow service in Nov 1, 2020, and Christine did not use the tools and markers to locate my brow line, instead she pulled out some plastic brow guides and asked me for suggestions, to helped her. After she drew one Brow that I was satisfied with, I closed my eyes and let her freehand the second one. I noticed that the pain on the second Brow was intense, so I asked her was'sup?, and she replied that "Beauty is pain", and refused to let me look in a mirror, so when she was done, Afterwards I showed her that she put my Brow on part of my eyelid which explained the intense pain. I went back the next day because she claimed that she could correct it, and in turn she used a scapple knife to dig out the ink on the Brow she messed up and then used a solution to wipe most of the color out of the other tattooed brow so that I didn't have just one done, this experience left me with a bad infection and permanent scarring. No courtesy refund for the service, now I'm out of $550.00 read more

Microblading review Christine is wonderful and really took the time to perfect my brow shape during the consultation. She made me feel very comfortable, by listening and making great suggestions to provide the best experience possible. The office was a little difficult to find, but only because I wasn't driving. Her workplace and treatment room is super clean and welcoming. I really loved that she took a moment to spray the eve cover she used during treatment with rose water to help relax and comfort me. She is very personable and easy to talk with. She cares about rescue dogs and even saves a portion of everything she makes from her services to use toward saving dogs! My mom had her eyebrows microbladed yesterday and wow what a great experience from start to finish.  You meet nice people everywhere but rarely do you meet someone who is kind and has a beautiful soul as Christine does.  She took the time to talk to both my mom and I and made sure my mom was 100% comfortable before proceeding, never once pressuring her.  We had a really bad experience at another eyebrow salon where the person would not listen to what my mom wanted and kept pushing her to her style and was incredibly condescending.  Needless to say, we looked elsewhere and were so glad that we did.  My mom loves her eyebrows and won't stop smiling and talking about them.  She's been wanting to have them done for years and finally decided to this year.  The level of craftsmanship can only be achieved by someone talented and an expert in their field. It started off well and Christine seemed nice, but as it turns out she is not very organized and did NOT document correctly on me. If this was an actual provider's office, there would be serious legal ramifications for such documentation. She lied about the time spent with me and lied about conversations we had to better serve her needs. It was a waste of my time and money. I am completely taken back by this and will not trust her with my care nor anyone I know and I have made this very clear. She is kind and chatty, however she loses focus to the point where she makes mistakes and it costs the patient/client. I lost out because of her neglect and mistakes and I highly recommend people go elsewhere for their service. I had a second opinion and had my brows redone somewhere else after she destroyed mine and they are perfect now. But I had to pay well over $1000 to get this entire process done and fixed due to her negligence and lack of ownership in the mistake. It turns out she isn't certified and truly shouldn't be working on clients who aren't aware of this. Everything that came out of her mouth was a lie...sorry, but truth.
