Was happy with my visit to get my lashes done in the first time in nearly a year. The office is located in a larger office building and it is a little confusing to know whether you are in the right place, but you checkin with the front desk and they let your clinician know you are there. The room I got my lashes down was clean and Tessa did a great job applying the lashes - she was fast, efficient, and gentle. My lashes were done in under and hour and I barely felt a thing. However, I did not realize that 1 applied lash had about 5-6 lashes on them til some fell out a few days later, so I have big holes in my lash area, whereas other hybrid lashes I've had only had 1-3 lashes per 1 applied so the appearance lasts longer. I guess I did not ask their version of "hybrid" before getting them, so may be good to ask about this if you're concerned with how often a refill would need to be done to look normal/natural. read more

I was last with Yumi who I guess left sometime last month. When Yumi left, I had an appointment for a fill with Mai. She said my lashes were burnt which idk how but she was pulling a lot on my right side. She was a little rough and looked annoyed but like I said, I'm a loyal customer. Within a week, almost all the lashes on my right fell off. I texted for a fill and got left on read (first time ever). Figured they're busy and to try again later. Texted again today to be left on read again lol very immature. Idk if it's cause "the burnt lashes" or whatever but the only people who touch my lashes are the people here. I gotten a full set (volume) which was a promotion at the time for 80 dollars. my eyes were bright red for 2-5 days which I thought it was normal so I didn't make a big deal, but then I remembered the tech name Hannah was chewing on something and eating while doing my lashes ... lol.... I texted them about my concern and all they told me were just to go see anther person to check it out....I came back for a fill thinking maybe I'm just being dramatic. Got the fill didnt go back for 3 weeks cus I got tired of lashes to find out I had a couple of my real lashes that were STUCK TOGETHER IN ONE LASH. Was wondering why it wasn't falling out and that was why. Messaged them my concern and they were trying to bargain with me about five dollars off so (15) for a lash removal. Raised my concern and finally the owner told me she would ONLY remove the ones that were stuck.... I had less then 10% . The owner was going to leave me with 2-5 lashes individual lashes that were actually done right on my eyes...lol ... they damaged my natural lashes and can't even admit it but just make excuses like half of these comments they reply back to the rest of the customers. Making it seem like it was more my fault. Save your money and go to a professional setting. N for everyone who knows me KNOWS I will never write a bad review unless they done me wrong. Uneven brows!! When I called the same day to complain I was told they do brows crooked on purpose! I was blown away and at first they said they wouldn't fix them. Finally when I threatened to write a negative review they said give it 2-3 months for them to heal and then contact them which I did. I texted them after 3 months and stated that I now live an hour away and would like to schedule an appointment for them to fix my brows. I was told MAYBE Sunday? I waited and waited all week and heard nothing back. Late Saturday I was sent a text if I could come in the next day. No respect for my time at all and I had already made plans. So, I still tried. I asked about several other days and was told no they weren't available. And was told maybe Sunday on a date that was 2 weeks away?! Does this sound like a business trying to fix a mistake. They want to fit me in last minute when it's only convenient for them because they know the appointment won't be bringing in more money. I do not recommend coming here. Simply for the poor customer service and lack of consideration. I also gave her a $60 tip which I regret now after all of this. Now, I will go somewhere new to get my brows fixed. I gave them the opportunity to fix the mistake. Very disappointing when customers are spending a good chunk of money for a service. I booked an appointment with Hannah after reading several great reviews. I am disappointed that I did not have the same experience as most. I arrived to my appointment to only be locked out of the building and no one returning my calls or texts for a little over 25 minutes. During my appointment I could hear her on her phone typing and turning back around to do my extensions multiple times-although I did not say anything, this felt very unsanitary and unprofessional. After she was done, she handed me a mirror and the set looked amazing. I was very happy with how it looked initially. STAY AWAY!! PLEASE BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU READ THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!! There is absolutely no miscommunication here and I do not want the same fake response from the owner. I am only posting this for everyone else's sake. On September 11th, I contacted the business via Yelp to request for an appointment for my niece to get her lashes done. I got a message back on Yelp asking me to send them a text since it would be easier to communicate. I texted them first asking if they would match the price on Groupon without me having to actually purchase a groupon. They responded, YES. Then I requested for an appointment and they said they can fit me Thursday 9/19/19 at 11:45. Originally, I requested a classic full set. However, they kept on insisting that I should get the next level up which is a little more expensive but better. After asking a few questions, I agree on the next level up product (hybrid). After they confirmed, I asked for the address and they sent me the address. I wanted a second confirmation about the price since my niece is a student and her budget is limited. I asked them to confirm that it would be $69 the second time and they responded, yes via text message. Today, my niece came there at 11:45 and let them know she had an appointment at 11:45 confirmed via text message. They took her in and did her lashes. Afterwards, she gave the artist her card thinking she was charged $69 but she was charged $162.40. She was confused because they did not ask her to sign anything. We were shocked when we found out the charge came through as $162.40. I immediately called the business and spoke to a guy name Bryan who said he was the owner. I explained the situation to him and his reactions totally caught me off guard. It was like he knew that the call was coming and he was prepared. At first, he said well we only charge $69 if the job was done by a new staff and $140 if it was done by a seasoned staff. I explained that was not what was communicated via text messages and as a new client, we don't know who is new or seasoned and that is the business's job to explain that if they were going to charge more than the initial amount that was agreed upon. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. In the text message he confirmed that it would be $69, he did not mentioned anything about who would do the work or any other details. As a new client, of course we do not know who is new or seasoned or the names of the staffs there. We just knew that we had an appointment on a certain time and date for a specific service and to show up on time. They also did not mention anything when my niece came to the appointment. Once I said that, he changed his story completely. He raised his voice and said he never confirmed anything via text, that he does not have our information in the system. He said he never confirmed an appointment with us even. How is that possible if they knew exactly who my niece was and what service she was there for when she came at 11:45? I let him know that I have proof from our text exchange. He stated that he does not care and I could try to dispute the transaction if I wanted to but that would be useless. Also, if the service was $140 like he said, why did they charged her $162? On top of over charging someone twice as much, they went ahead and gave themselves a tip?? My niece, only 17 years old were treated unfairly and taken advantage of. Charging whatever amount on someone's card without telling them or asking for a signature is consider Fraud. At the end of the day, it's not about the money. It's about the principle of it all and obviously they do not have any morals. REVIEW UPDATE 9/20 I was not planning to engage in further discussion w this business. However, I will not let them twist the story around and made up an entire false accusation. First of all, I own a business myself and when you make a mistake, you need to own it, resolve the situation, and not make excuses for yourself. Second of all, you need to stop texting me random sh*t per my request. Who is Trixie? My niece's name is not Trixie. My niece never booked anything (online,phone,ect). I did everything for her via text messages. We NEVER scheduled an appointment for a lash lift (look at the text messages). Via text, you said you will match groupon's price multiple times, you never explained the conditions or who would do the work...that's YOUR mistake. As for the tips....I instructed her to pay $69 and give 30% tips when she sign for it. Instead of doing business the right way, you took her card, overcharged it and gave yourself a tip. She left extremely confused because there was no signature. I was about to buy a Groupon and was told not to buy it that they would match the price. So I made an appointment and upon arrival was left waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes before someone came out to collect me. Once inside I did choose the Volume set but I did not realize this was not included on the Groupon until after. The technician never made me aware of which lashes were covered by Groupon and which were not. The technician was quite rough with the initial cleaning prior to placing the lashes, she squirted two lots of solution into my eye which stung and I could hardly open them for her to place the pads under. After she was done she then told me the cost was $119 as a special promotion and not eligible for the Groupon price. I now see that people have received 50% off and only paid $80 as a new customer for a volume set. It was also quite awkward to have a discussion about this as there was another customer in the room at the time. My eyes have been stinging since leaving their office and I had to use drops when I got home which has helped a little. This is not my first time getting lashes but it is leaving a review as I was disappointed with the experience overall and also with realizing I have been overcharged as a new customer according to other reviews. read more

First of all I want to address a couple of things. If you have no idea how to get to this location then you can't read the directory at the front of the elevators. It's pretty easy to find, and there's a reception and your lash tech will be phoned that you have arrived. Also if your eyes burn or you're in any pain, possibly the glue is high fume, but the pain is not on their part. You're probably in need of a different glue. As someone who has gone to multiple lash techs, this one meets all standards. Also when you're getting your nails done is it annoying the ladies talk in a different language? I don't expect my lash tech to talk to me for the whole 2 hours, there is nice music to listen to, and I had Nhi so I didn't mind any of them conversing, my eyes are closed after all. Wow.. I don't have one good thing to say about this place. It's hard to find and no one warns you about where the location is. I have had many many full sets of lash extensions and be burning pain i sat through the entire time the eyelashes were in and then an hour after the appointment my eyes are still burning with pain. This is the worst customer service of all time, she said zero words to me the entire appointment other than calling my name while I was in the lobby. Ugh I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately too many things went wrong for me to return. To start off, my stylist was ~15 minutes late which she did not acknowledge. Throughout the entire appointment she was talking with the other stylist, changing the music and to top it off she had placed something on my pillow that kept hitting my face. My appointment for a full set was only ~1 hour not including the fact we started late. Past salons where I've received a full set usually take more around 1.5-2 hours. My stylist started on my left eye which was very apparent as my right eye had noticeably less lashes and looked sloppier. Upon checkout I was charged an additional 10$ 'technical fee' i.e for moving and blinking. Ummm what. I have been getting extensions for the past 2 years and not once have I heard that I moved too much. Like maybe it was that bowl thing that was placed on my pillow that kept hitting me in the face that caused me to 'move in excess'?? Absolutely ridiculous, not to mention it was never disclosed I'd be charged extra. When I went home to examine my lashes many of them were clumped together. I paid for a full set and only half my lashes were lashed, I realized my stylist had just put more lashes per eyelash so that it seemed fuller (I wont even go into detail about how I did not want a volume set in the first place). Then went back to get them filled 2 weeks after because I literally had 10 lashes left they told me it was because of the length I chose and although I'm aware that that does affect lash retention I have had my lashes done twice before and have never had this issue. I paid $75 dollars for my last fill LESS THAN A WEEK AGO AND HALF OF MY LASHES ARE GONE ALREADY. Really $75 and they are gone already. Have never experienced this poor of a job. So frustrating. Honestly I was hesitant to get my eyelashes done because it was my first time doing them, but they came out amazing ! It did take almost two hours but it was well worth it . I'm doing an after review because it's my second time getting them done and they are such good quality these have lasted me now 3.5 weeks ! Of course this is only if you take care of them !! She also does a special treatment if you have an oily face because sometimes with the face oils the eyelashes fall off quicker oh but the best part !! They are a great price !! read more
