Extensive imaging done over many months of different visits. Dr. Bills took a "it's not serious, let's watch and see" approach-over the course of A YEAR- even though he "thought it looked kind of like the symptoms of glaucoma." Instead of URGENTLY SENDING HIM STRAIGHT TO PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, he had him come in every few months to "watch/monitor" it. Meanwhile, the high pressure in his eye due to him having glaucoma was blowing out his optic nerve. By the time we got to Phoenix Children's Hospital, 85 % of his vision in that eye was gone! All the Phoenix eye doctors are mad and can't believe a "professional" here in Flagstaff would let high pressure go for so long without treating it as URGENT. They said if my son had been referred down to them RIGHT AWAY as soon as Dr. Bills knew he had high pressure in that eye, his vision could have been saved. Now after surgery to halt further vision loss, he still can barely see out of his eye due to the vision loss sustained under Dr. Bills bad care and lack of any good judgment. Dr. Bills needs held accountable for this. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE/DR. BILLS TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION CONCERNING CARE. I trusted Dr. Bills and now my teen is legally blind in that eye. From not saving my new order and reordering what was on file using the wrong benefit plan, to telling me that had the benefit reverse and attempting to place a new order they couldn't get it right. After over 3 weeks I gave up. Rodie is stuck cleaning up their incompetent mess and getting my benefits straightened out. I will continue to see the doctors there, but not order glasses or contact lenses at the office. Also, the way the younger staff dresses it appears like they roll out of bed and pull on what ever clothes are on the floor. Their appearance doesn't instill confidence.

I used to get really dry eyes and painful allergies affecting my eyes. I could always stop in and get prescription eye drops from the dr. They have a large variety of frames there and I always find glasses I like. I also bought some cool clear nose pads to keep my glasses off my cheeks and makeup. My only complaint is the glasses I ordered was apparently a RayBan brand, which I had no idea. I just picked the one that fit and looked the best on me. When I received the new pair of glasses with lens I noticed there was some brand etching in the lens on the right lens; right top, and the left lens; left middle. As cool as this may look, I can see it in my field of view and looks like smudges. I didn't notice it until after a couple hours after my fitting. I did not agree to have this on my lens from the beginning. But I will need to get used to it likely. Otherwise, my experience in-store was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

She went back and forth between myself and our insurance and was able to provide my son the glasses that he needed to drive home safely within an hour! I called several places in Flagstaff to see if they had a lab on the premises and if they could produce glasses same day, but was out of luck with everyone I tried until calling Highline Eye Care (which was recommended to me on Facebook). Lexi saved the day for us! It should also be noted that my son is very picky and anxious with physicians and felt very comfortable. He would definitely return in the future and so would I. After a horrible experience at the place over by the old WalMart, I decided to bring my old frames…read morein and get the new prescription put in the old (beloved/awesome) frames; I've done this before and had no bad experiences, but last year in Covid-paranoia land they wouldn't do it.
