When the gentleman from S&L came, he kept the comments brief and professional. Oftentimes in my experience, contractors will exaggerate the condition of the problem in order to charge more or get you to agree to getting unnecessary work done. No "slimey salesman" vibes here. Also, their quote was one of the fairest from the list. They arrived on time, worked at a good pace, and cleaned the area afterwards, which is something I don't see typically from contractors I've used in the past. BUT, for the $$$$$ Thousands of dollar I paid I received ugly brown new grass, two mud puddles, unfinished sprinkler work, no weed control as was told to me, and Eddie just disappeared. I have been texting him sense June 29th about the weeds, he sent his father to spray and that was just spot spray. And funny how things work as I am writing this review, today 10.21.25 Eddie finally returns a text to say he no longer works there. If you use them, hopefully you have better luck. I will say that I have not been able to contact the office either, the number on the contact is out of order. I asked Eddie for a number and his reply was "I got a new phone & lost a lot of contacts". I will continue to try and contact someone and if anything changes I will update this review.
