We walk the aisles and found so much neat stuff from gardening to camping to tools & hardware. The prices are reasonable & quality is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the entry to checkout. I would definitely recommend this home center for all your do it yourself wants & needs. We will be back as they do repair to our screens for the RV.

I went into foothill builders mart to buy a nut and washer for my bathroom sink I noticed a employee walking up the aisle towards me I said excuse me could you please help me find this. I showed him my old nut and washer for my bathroom sink he walked me over to the appropriate location but there was several different sizes and I didn't know which size was mine I asked Tony what size is my nut and washer for my bathroom sink at that same time I asked him the phone rang he left me talking to myself and quickly picked up the phone then he proceeded to helping the person on the phone I waited for Tony he finally came back after 5 minutes no no not to help me but to continue to help the person on the phone I just stood there finally went over to Tony excuse me you were helping me first I guess another employee heard me and proceeded to help me it took the employee a minute to help me. I looked over at Tony he was still talking to the person on the phone. I spoke to manager Geo about this problem it might not seem like a big deal but to me it's all about respect and building that customer relationship. I know Foothill builders mart relies on employees respecting the customers for a brighter successful future. I do not recommend Foothill Builders Mart.

I was in luck and found a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants, including a rare variation too (white princess philo)! The atmosphere was calm and clean, just what I want in a garden. Matt helped me pick out some plants to suit different people's needs (i.e. whether someone was just getting into gardening, what's easier to keep alive, etc). He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. So excited to give these out as gifts and will definitely be coming back to shop for myself! Would recommend.

I had always glanced over this location, and on this day happened to be in the market for some soil. The lot was thriving, not too crowded. People were looking about and soon a staff member took the time to show me some of their soil options and potting mixes. I settled on the organic palm and cactus mix. It was not dry upon opening, which I'm glad it was not, so far it's proving to be a fairly good quality. There's still some leftover in the yard. I saw many plants there. They had some pink aloe vera, along with a wide selection of succulents, which was nice to see. I had my eye set on something a little bit different though, an elephant bush. I knew they had some because some of the arrangements included elephant bush. So I just had to ask!Well, to my surprise they were more than happy to give me a longer tour of the southern part of the nursery, where they had far more sizes, big and small. I got to see some gigantic ones that I never expected to encounter in larger pots. Thank you Vic! It goes without saying I was impressed. Speaking about Vic, I just wanna say, many of the staff members were welcoming and went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. I was really impressed with Vic's extensive knowledge on house plants and his ability to help me find the size of this wonderful plant. Where I feel that most sales people would push you to buy a particular one item, Vic offered me choices, which I appreciate 100%. It's safe to say that type of salesmanship demands respect, and I will probably be coming back when I'm ready. Outside of my own personal experience, I noticed they have a variety of pots and fertilizers for all your growing needs. Always nice to see an assortment of pots and accessories for the home garden folk. Furthermore, Vic recommended a fantastic product as an addition to my watering routine, which within days has brought tremendous results. The plants absolutely love it, it amazing to think that this trip offered the plant, the service, and now the reassurance that if ever needed, they will be there to help answering any questions. That's all folks. If you have a problem with your project, there is no doubt they have the personnel to assist. Was a quick trip for me, but be prepared for an assortment of plant species and offerings.

.., came here on 1/2/26 & sadly had an awkward & annoying experience…read more Our family loves to garden and I had been wanting to take my mother here for quite some time. Was in the neighborhood with my girlfriend and her parents & decided to finally check it out. The nursery has street parking and has signs making it easy to find. Walking up you immediately see the wide variety of pottery & plants that they have. I was pretty excited to dive in and see what they had to offer. Within 2 minutes of being there, literally 2 minutes we were greeted by a little boy. He ran up with a smile and stood there watching us. We said hello and he just nodded. We thought that's cute, and didn't think much of it. We haven't even begun our exploration when he followed us every step of the way, at times bumping elbows with us? We were taken by surprise because of how close he would get to us, it gave that feeling of him watching us as if we were going to steal something. He began running around us in circles, eventually grabbing a stick and tapping things next to us and playing around. Kids will be kids, I gave him that but this was way too much. My girlfriend's mother would at times bend over to look at a plant and he'd run past her making her have to step back or step forward awkwardly to let him by. We couldn't look in peace, it was impossible to even try with him squeezing in between us or running around us. It got annoying really fast, to the point where I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend and her parents hyping it up to them saying that I've heard good things about this place. We eventually told the little boy that it's ok, we don't need help and we'll call him if we needed him but he didn't listen and stayed even closer after? Not long after another little boy, a little older ran up to check on us and probably seen the annoyed looks we had because he left us alone. At this point I was already turned off to even being there. I glanced at some prices and from what I had seen, some seemed kind of pricey while others seemed like a good deal. As we were leaving, I had noticed a woman sitting there with her kids and waved at her but she didn't wave back. I waved again and she just looked at me? So, that was awkward. Great selection, great space, this nursery had a nice variety of fountains, pottery, statues, and plants but to be constantly watched by this kid was definitely uncomfortable. I'm all for supporting family businesses, so I'll give this place another chance and bring my Mom because she's been wanting to go. Hopefully it's not always like this, otherwise we'll just bring our business elsewhere.
