The salad was iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. The salad came with a spicy red sauce, which I liked, and a creamy dressing, which I didn't use. I was thrilled that one of the quarter chickens was a breast and wing and the other was a thigh and drumstick, so we got a mix of white and dark meat.
