This is NOT an installation issue, it's a window issue. And you know what? They love to brag about their warranty but the truth is, even if they send you a new window, they do NOT COVER LABOR to replace. So you get slapped with a ridiculous price to purchase, then they are defective, and you get SLAPPED AGAIN.
