I already had a Thinkware unit I wanted installed, but I was a little hesitant because of the tint on my windshield. Aaron immediately had a solution, he recommended using a Blendmount, which attaches to the rearview mirror and keeps everything tucked up and out of sight. While we were talking, he also suggested checking out the BlackVue front and rear camera setup. I took his advice, and I'm glad I did. Aaron really knows his stuff and walked me through the options without any pressure. When I picked up my car, I was honestly excited. I had a battery issue once I left the store that left me stranded on the side of the road. Chris went out and bought batteries for my truck and drove to my location after hours in the dark to help get me up and running. Stayed with me until the tow truck arrived. Solid customer service beyond what you get these days. Joe rewired the things I wanted cleaned up under the hood and made a custom bracket for my new additions. Super clean and efficient now. Brought in a small 8 inch powered sub to be installed and was told it was dead right out of the box…read moreso I bought another one and brought that in to be installed, they then told me that the second sub was also dead on arrival. Eventually it became evident that they had not wired the first or replacement sub properly although the install guy was only willing to accept half the blame, putting the rest of the blame on the design of the sub. Eventually they fixed it but not before I had to return a 3RD TIME because they had not mounted the sub into the car properly. When I got home, I noticed that the sub sounded very weak, putting out almost no power at all. Also, my door panel of my driver side door was left hanging off anf will need to be fixed. Im going to have to take this to another car stereo place to have them check the work of the install guys at Cartunes. I do not recommend this place, but the ladies who work at the front desk are very nice and attentive. I was also charged for bass knob install that was never even installed. Pretty much could not have gone worse.

I purchased used RV and on which Enriched Mobile Electronics installed a lithium battery system,…read moreand the more I learned about the dodgy work they'd done, the more I just wanted it all ripped out of there, which I finally just did when the cheap battery they installed shorted out internally. Still not sure the root cause of the fire inside the battery, but given the quality of the rest of the install, I can only imagine. First of all, the frame they built using 80/20 aluminum had loosened up at every joint because they failed to use Loctite on the screws. Those joints that I hadn't been able to reach to tighten had cracked. The 2" and 1" holes they had drilled through the floor had no foam to stop air leaks. They doubled up the lugs on top of the battery instead of using a bus bar, which would not be recommended by a real electrician. They used a bunch of random bolts of different lengths, bolting everything through the floor to the chassis, meaning to remove anything required two people, one under the vehicle. I could go on but it not worth it. Unbelievable they charged $6K in cash for this job. Previous owner told me there was no receipt, so I'm guessing they didn't pay taxes on the income either.
