I got a gel manicure in light pink which was beautiful the first three days, then...whomp, whomp, whomp, whomp... By the fourth day, I had chips on at least four nails including one chip so large that it exposed a little more than a third of one of my entire natural nails. Another nail had two chips. Gel manicures usually last longer than this for me - usually around 1 week and a half - so I was a bit disappointed.

I do not know her name. I think hair brownish orange, but she messed up my nails they were lifting the second day after I got them done. I called into the wrong salon to report that they did them wrong. I ended up coming Saturday and when I came in Saturday, the lady made a big fuss about me not having my receipt. I showed her my bank statement. I came out to my car looking for the receipt and then when I came back in the young lady, who did my nails was sitting right there acting very clueless like she didn't know that she did my nails. Not to mention, they the lifting of my nails by drilling off the lifting of my nails and putting a top I have never been to a nail salon that does that.I would recommend that you do not go to salon. They're nasty. They're unsanitary and they're using the same utensils on everybody.

I'm always amazed by the ionic treatments because wow what they pull from you. I love that they show you what the color of the water indicates when you are through. Then Steven did my pedicure. He did an amazing job. Careful attention to my feet and they honestly feel like new. I never felt like anything was rushed. After they do the pedicure for the luxury treatment you go in a separate room for the reflexology massage. I loved that. Very nice and quiet. Then I came back in for the polish.
