I've been here at least five times over the past year or so, and all without an appointment and I was taken immediately. I always get a gel manicure and the occasional pedicure. Super quick service, very nice staff (especially at check in), and it's just super nice in there, royal fits. Good decor, and very pretty. My nails have always turned out great and they don't chip for at least three weeks! I'll still have polish on a month later. read more

I truly enjoy going to this nail salon!! I usually have Lucie service my nails and she never disappoints. Today Lucie wasn't available so I had a gentlemen by the name of Bingo. He was super sweet, but I didn't care for the shape of my nails at all. I asked him twice if he could fix the shape of my nails and make them more sharp. He tried, but they were never fixed to my liking. I'm going on vacation at the end of the month and I definitely will be making an appointment with Lucie. read more

I have really tried to like this nail salon because it's beautiful inside. Typically the people who previously have worked on my nails have been good. Especially the young man. However today was one of the worst experiences in the history of ever getting my nails done. First she drilled too hard and around my nails she cut me in several places. She kept cutting my skin and drilling too rough on my nail bed. I got dip for the first time and there was a lot of excess dip color around my nails and finger tips. On my thumb she tried to scrape it off with her nail and she cut my skin and it wouldn't stop bleeding until a lot of pressure was applied. I was so upset. I'm reconsidering returning to this salon again. The experience today was quite horrific. No discount was even offered. read more

Beautiful inside of facility; however, the work was below subpar. I'm very particular about my natural nails. My first red flag should have been that a "soak-off" is not a soak-off. They wrap your nails in foil for about 10 minutes then DRILL the dip off. At my normal shop and many others this method is no longer done as it ruins the nail bed. I was told when I inquired "it's more than one way". I literally had to tell the lady it was burning as she drilled away and damaged my nail bed. I was getting a simple soak off with a dip overlay. That's it! Nothing fancy. No stones. No designs. Two days after I left....my index fingernail breaks across as I'm opening refrigerator door. About an hour ago, I pick up my computer mouse and my thumb breaks where now it's bleeding. I normally drive downtown Raleigh from Wake Forest because I've yet to find a shop here that's does it properly. Now because of the convenience, I've been forced to cut my nails so I won't end up with exposed muscle and skin. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Also, even after I tipped because in these times it's just humanity but I want my money back!! read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It's always shocking when a business makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them, I scheduled an appointment for a fill, showed up and was basically yelled at for not scheduling the correct service? The staff member was shockingly rude and when she was asked to file my nails Round, she about lost her mind. I know everyone has bad days but it should never be at the customers expense. Look at the finished product! $45 for what? I literally could have painted them better on my own. read more

We tried today for daughter and friend at the 40% off special. We arrived at 1:20 and told a 15 minute wait. No problem. They each were doing acrylic nails with gel polish and a design, and a pedicure. At 4:45 the girls finally finished. We were told without an appt, this is why so long. Which then should have been said when we were told a 15 minute wait. Many times one of the girls sat for an extended period just waiting. We then went to check out and total came up to over $65 WITH THE 40% DISCOUNT. We never have paid more than $85 for the same service in our are. Also my daughter was mocked by the technician when original color that was originally painted, was not like the picture she showed. read more

Worst nail place in Wake Forest ! They do not strive for customer satisfaction AT ALL ! When issues was presented to the manager she was unhelpful and super defensive ! She asked for more money and argued with me instead of trying to listen and resolve. I DO NOT recommend this place ever. Well, I just moved to WF from the DMV area and let me say I am not impressed with any of these nail places here. I could take a picture into my nail place and show her what I wanted and she always made it happen. The fact that I pay more here than I did in Va and the quality is horrible is absurd. I always ask when I walk into a place please let me know if you can do this showing a picture of what I want done. The response is yes but the the results are different. The only person that can do an ombré sns (dip) is a guy that doesn't speak English and always want to use gel on top for the ombré look. Go elsewhere because the nails do last and they are not professional when you complain. read more

I live about 50 minutes away, so I chose to make an appointment. I got there & only waited a few moments. The jelly pedicure was amazing! I also got a manicure which looks wonderful.
