Nick had great communication throughout the whole process from ordering the floor, scheduling an installation and calling to check in after it was completed. The installation was done in a day and we couldn't be happier. We still have another room to complete and will be back to work with this company again when we are ready.

Once the installer came to the house , he said that we needed support bars for the quartz and those were extra $$. We talked the sales rep, Nehad Estafanous, and she said that she didn't know we wanted those. Although the installer said those were necessary to prevent the quartz from breaking in the future. Nehad said that they were planning to use the old wood support piece to lay the quartz on top, and that we should have known we needed it before it was removed. The old piece of wood would be showings about 5 inches below the quartz, and it's 21 years old!!! She refused to eat the cost of bars or installation. Not to mention that the installer was always late or didn't show up for measurements. Horrible customer service.

I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

The owner, Reed, checked on it and determined it was defective paint that he purchased from Sherwin Williams. The CAPPS painting crew repainted the entire Facia board. Looks terrific. Lucky for me, Reed CAPPS is honest. Not a whole lot of that going around these days. The crew is polite and cleaned up to my satisfaction, and I'm picky. I cut the power to the whole house in a panic, then sat there, not totally sure what to do because it was after 5 PM and rapidly getting dark, but hey. . . at least the sizzling had stopped (tiny victories). Gonzalez Electric was one of the first Yelp hits and once I saw Ed's great reviews, I gave him a call. He answered right away, was kind, listened to what happened, and said he'd be right out. Ed arrived at my place within half an hour and got to work. Ed's diagnosis of what was wrong was clear, professional, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He even provided options for more economical vs longer term fixes. What I really appreciate though is how fair his pricing was--- the truth is that I was in a bad situation: no power, a sizzling breaker box, and a single woman alone at home in the darkness. He could have literally charged me anything and I would have probably paid it because hey, what choice did I have? But Ed didn't do that. He was VERY fair, he gave me options, he was just an all around wonderful person to work with and I am definitely saving his info for all future electrical work.
