I recommend the Patio Kings of Fresno CA solely for completed product workmanship and the work…read moreethic of the installers and delivery staff. I have a new patio cover installed last week that I am pleased with. Much like several of the reviews already posted, I found communication and accuracy lacking in office-to-shop staff. The initial project bid was conducted in a thorough fashion by Richard who did respond via e-mail to my inquiries about changes to the initial contract. However, it took two rounds of communication with office staff to get a signed copy of the contract change agreement. Shortly after contracting for a patio cover, I received a lengthy e-mail with attachments from the 'production manager' which contained conflicting information about the delivery of materials. I had scheduled other work to be performed on my property contingent upon the delivery [date] and installation of this project. I received a call a day early that materials were being delivered but was unavailable to pay for the materials. I explained this to the driver who was courteous and understanding about the miscommunication. We agreed that I would mail the check since the miscommunication about the delivery date was "on them". I called the production manager to inform her of this and she had the audacity to argue the conflicting communication with me. Fortunately, I was where another person heard this conversation. I confirmed the installation date with her to make sure that was correct. I received a call from the installer on the first day of [expected] installation informing me that he could not come that day. He did arrive the next morning as promised and immediately saw that not all materials were delivered. He made calls and had the remainder pieces delivered a couple hours later. There was still a slotted panel missing, however, which meant he would not be able to complete the job that day as he'd intended. Luckily I had cleared my calendar for the following day in case of any further issues and was glad I did. The installer's frustration with the inefficiencies put on him was palpable, but he was courteous and respectful toward me the entire time. He stayed in communication with me and let me know exactly what would occur next in the process to correct the order and delivery errors. He stated several times that, regardless of the mistakes made before him, his main concern was my satisfaction and that I be happy with the final [installation of] product. The patio cover has since been cleared by the city building inspector. Life is good. Commendation to installers Enrique and Adrian for doing what they said they would and doing it well! PROS: Courteous and respectful delivery and installation workers, product quality CONS: Poor communication, delays, poor/no follow up, poor customer service, expensive

They keep saying we will keep you updated, so you wait for update and nothing gets updated until you reach out to the company yourself. Go with a different company. Keep yourself sane and go with someone else. This is ridiculous.

Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. What a flake!

From the start their dedication and craftsmanship are nothing short of exceptional. The team took the house down to its studs, reinforcing the foundation and opening walls to strengthen the entire structure. Their attention to detail has been evident at every stage of the project. This level of speed and accuracy is rare and truly commendable. This personalized approach made me feel valued and confident in their ability to deliver exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Aztec Tile & Granite and Elite Cabinet for any remodeling project. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer-focused service set them apart. His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

And then they created a containment center in both affected areas that had CDC energy! It immediately gave me confidence that they were going to take the job seriously and I was in good hands. At one point, I realized the downstairs carpet padding hadn't been removed (after they had already left for the week on a Friday), and I assumed I'd be stuck waiting until Monday. Instead, they turned around and came back within minutes to fix it. That kind of customer service is not something I experience often. Their quote was definitely higher than the other company I got an estimate from, but I felt like they were the ones who were going to do it right and not cut corners. I feel good knowing I won't have to worry about hidden moisture or mold down the line. Huge shout-out to Danny, who gave me the estimate and led the job, super professional and clearly knows his stuff. And Daniel, who felt like his right-hand guy, was incredibly respectful and kind. Honestly the whole team was great. I rarely walk away from vendors feeling this satisfied, but they really lived up to their name. Highly recommend.
