Our garage door recently came off it's tracks due to the cable losing tension and coming off its drum on one side. Needed a fix quickly as I was leaving town for the weekend and didn't want the door hanging open precariously while I was away, letting debris and animals in. I called first thing in the morning and Coty got back to me right away. He came over when he said he would and adjusted the door and safety sensors so the door would open all the way. He didn't charge me to come over and fix the opener and make the adjustments. He gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing the door when I finally stops working. What a great experience I had with Affordable Garage Door repair!! I had called out a different company what you will not mention any names but they are out of Visalia because they had the most reviews and the guy came over from the company from Visalia and I had a few things in the garage and need to be moved around and a classic car but my garage door got stuck and I had to forcefully shut it and the cable came off prior to the guy coming over so when he came over you looked at it and said I need room to work in the garage I made the room where the cable was busted but he wanted all from left to right of the garage door so I told him I would clear up some space if we could just open up the garage and I can push out the car but right away he had this attitude that he did not want to work at all so I just told him for him to just go home then I came across Affordable Garage Door Repair and they have less reviews but good ones definitely I learned a lesson never to judge a book by its cover when I called Cody answered and I explained to him exactly what had happened and what's going on in my garage he said no big deal I will show up and I'll give you a hand to open up the door if necessary but when he came over he saw exactly where the cable was busted within not even 5 minutes it had my garage door working better then before it took a dump.. he gave me a pretty good deal on an insulated door that I plan on replacing in the near future and definitely Cody is my go-to guy for any problems I have with my garage door and definitely I highly recommend him very professional very nice and understanding.. oh and I forgot I didn't even have to move my car out of the way..Cody again thank you very much it definitely was a lifesaver. Quality work at a reasonable price. Door was off track and cables were off pulleys. Fast service and fixed all issues.

Should of known when I called the number and no answer. The owner Coty text me back after getting the voice mail. Never spoke with him just text. The install was fast, but never got finished. Almost 2 months after getting the door installed with multiple no answer calls and many texts back and forth the job is still not complete. Coty has not sent the warranty info, or sent someone to install the rubber seal. Worst service follow up I have dealt with in any family owned business. Feels like once you pay them the job will not get finished. I guess that's what you get for not going with first impressions( not answering the phone and only text).
