She has provided me with nothing but excellent quality and compassionate care In helping me deal with, and recover from, a complex condition. Besides Dr Parks, every single member of the Synergy Team that I have dealt with has been, in my opinion, extremely competent, efficient, friendly, and responsive. She never took the time to provide feedback for how my child was doing and gave many contrasting guidelines. For example, she stresses how she is not an expert witness, yet she cancelled an appointment once because she was called to testify in court. I suppose there is a price for everything. I would often ask for resources and the books she recommended were not helpful. She gave me a referral to another counselor at the center to help with additional challenges my child was facing and the other therapist never got back to me when contacted. I have interacted with other clients who have repeatedly complained of how poorly run their appointments were. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help.

He was told by the clinic it was "normal" and called a "dip". His dip never faded. The clinic ordered an MRI which shows only structural damage to appease him. He kept asking for help but no one believed or listened to him. He took his own life because of the callousness of the people who work there and Dr Brennan who refused to talk to me. Instead, he had his lawyer contact me. What does that tell you?? Look up the inventor of TMS and you will find that he also took his own life. Please do not go to this clinic or see this doctor. No real compassion, just want tens of thousands of dollars in cash from you. They lie about it being safe. It's not. I just buried him...

I was told if the first person wasn't a good fit, we could keep trying until we found one. Since then I've found the therapist I've been working with to be highly skilled, compassionate, flexible & willing to keep the lines of communication open about accommodating my needs & concerns through this healing process. I like knowing that the therapists here not only have extensive supervision on each case, they must continue their own analysis throughout. An added bonus is that the free workshops they hold on a regular basis for anyone to attend are fun, interesting & have helped me feel even more confident & trusting of this type of therapy. Dr. Milowe's integration of western and eastern health practices and knowledge and use of natural/homeopathic is forward thinking and incredibly effective for a wide range of issues and clientele. Nothing to help me!! In trying to tell Dr Milowe at my next appt, what had happened and that I had to go to NSMC. That was when he told me that his wife (who I thought, was his Med Asst/wife), was actually his "Triage R.N. and she's completely involved with Patient Care, too! If I don't like that business, I don't have to continue." But, I reluctantly stayed. Knowing now that HE can/did share our confidential appts; like, more than mere meds to send off and/or Insurance to verify, etc.?! I didn't ever talk about deeper or personal feelings after that! I felt Humiliated, even! Hey, you know? It's not a big deal, her being his wife, BUT YES, I do have a huge problem not being Told about her busy-ness in my MHC together & tag-team with MY Dr. of Psychiatrist! You'd expect a company of this caliber to have their own documents and forms to share with patients but they just rip info off of Mayo Clinic and make a presentation not even a student would get a passing grade for in a college psychology course.
