No treatment for conditions ranging for internal pains, symptoms of arthritis, risk or aortic rupture, or gout were ever recommended. Thousands of dollars in tests were we sent for. No review , feedback, analysis, or recommendations on any of them were ever received. Don't make the mistake of asking an extra question during a visit. You will be billed fully as if it were another appointment. (which your insurance won't cover as they don't understand two sessions with the same doctor on the same day) After 2 years of trying to get any kind of result, we shifted to someone else.

It's a small office, but the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Dr. Mainali himself was very thorough in our first visit, really listening to what we had to say as well as his test results. We felt valued as people, not just as paying customers. He was very helpful when our blood test results came back, in not just telling us the problems, but going through every line of the results (full of acronyms and medical lingo we wouldn't understand on our own) and explaining what everything meant, and why we might care. For many procedures, this small 1-doctor office (he's planning to add a second soon) will have to refer you to others. So, don't expect a hospital-like experience where they can handle everything you could possibly need in the same building. For everything that can be done in-house, though, Everest Healthcare and Dr. Mainali come highly recommended.

That is the absolute truth…read more Since "MGH West" (now known as Mass General Waltham) opened in Waltham, about 26 years ago, Mass General has exponentially increased the number and breadth of services available there. Don't think for a minute that you're going to be seen by a "country doctor," as in rural America, at Mass General Waltham. That is absolutely not the case. MGH has brought the physicians, clinicians, technology, expertise, and high standards of its downtown "Mother Ship" on Fruit Street to Mass General Waltham. For more times than I care to admit, I have had surgery AGAIN in the Same Day Surgery Unit at Mass General Waltham. Everything I remembered about the unit proved true, once again: the care is consistently exceptional, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff are extraordinary. The consistency of care at Mass General Waltham is exactly what I would expect from a top-tier, High Reliability Organization. The facility is filled with reliable systems of care and expert clinicians--and, equally important, people who genuinely care about the patients they serve. Again, when I arrived at the Same Day Surgery Unit, I was greeted by an especially kind, welcoming, caring, professional, and efficient member of the front-desk staff. I was then escorted into the patient-only area by my pre-op nurse. From admission through discharge, I was continually impressed by the kindness, compassion, professionalism, and efficiency of every person I encountered. What is particularly striking is how much the staff seems to love working at Mass General Waltham. It felt as though everyone I met had come from the "Mother Ship" downtown and then arrived at a "Happy Place"--one that reminds me of the "Happy Island" of Aruba. Nursing was over the top--absolutely fantastic--as were anesthesia and surgery. As someone who has dedicated my career to patient safety, systems and process engineering, and High Reliability Organizations, I pay very close attention to how care is delivered. From that perspective, Mass General Waltham is exceptional. At every step of my surgical journey, there were appropriate verifications, structured handoffs, and optimal transfers--not only of me as a patient, but also of the information necessary to care for me, safely. The systems were reliable, the communication was excellent, and the people providing my care were outstanding. My care was flawless, as were the people who provided it and the systems supporting that care. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the people, processes, and quality of care at Mass General Waltham. It is a privilege to be a Mass General Waltham patient. Unfortunately, I'll be back in the operating room, again, in a few months. The garage, however, is a hot mess. We entered the garage from the street entrance to go left to the green building. Then you find you're actually at the blue building entrance. This requires an elevator to the 4th floor then a bridge to the green building on foot, then to whichever floor in that building. Unfortunately, upon entering the blue building from the parking lot, there are no signs to inform you. We happened to see a janitor and asked him how to get to the green building. Wouldn't it make more sense to allow you to park near the green building? Too confusing.

I0 days after the treatment he started having SEVERE side effects, tinnitus, one sided weakness, severe depression, inability to drive or exercise. He was told by the clinic it was "normal" and called a "dip". His dip never faded. The clinic ordered an MRI which shows only structural damage to appease him. He kept asking for help but no one believed or listened to him. He took his own life because of the callousness of the people who work there and Dr Brennan who refused to talk to me. Instead, he had his lawyer contact me. What does that tell you?? Look up the inventor of TMS and you will find that he also took his own life. Please do not go to this clinic or see this doctor. No real compassion, just want tens of thousands of dollars in cash from you. They lie about it being safe. It's not. I just buried him...

I will probably stay through shear inertia but would encourage those looking for a medical practice to stay away based on my recent experience which has been horrible. They referred me to what they described as a reputable specialist for my procedure. They called me to confirm an appointment with this specialist and I assumed I was all set. A month later, the day of my appointment, I called the specialist office to confirm and discovered that no appointment was ever made. They scheduled an appointment with me for the following month. When I called to complain to Sagov they had no record of the original referral. Now it is two months since my diagnosis and the specialist called to reschedule two weeks later. Assuming I ever get to see a specialist it is now looking like almost three months from diagnosis's to even seeing a specialist. I don't believe my condition is life threatening so think I am fine. However, the referral system is questionable at best and am now doubting the quality of this specialist. Please consider an alternative to Sagov's Family Prqctice Group.
