I'm glad our company now has a choice of airport limo services. My pick up from SFO was waiting for me, not the reverse, which has happened to me before. After coming back from a trans pacific flight, I always get that relieved feeling when I see my name on a sign held up by my chauffeur. My chauffeur was professionally dressed and well mannered. He took my bag from me while we walked to the car, and kept the small talk to a minimum. The car was clean, and the bottled water inside was just what I needed after being dehydrated from my trip. He also allowed me to sleep on the drive home and had exact directions to my house. This is exactly the service I need after a long flight. Thanks, ABC. read more

I was able to book A B C Limousine on a short notice and with their quick and easy service I did not waste a minute. I arrived at the airport and my driver was waiting for me with the biggest smile ever. Talk about being welcomed! It was a great feeling to have someone waiting there. It was a young driver who offered to take my bags. While on the drive from the airport to my hotel, the light airy conversation was a great welcome to that of other services I tried before. Rented a passenger bus with driver for our wedding recently. The bus was supposed to pick up family and friends from out of town from the hotel and drive them to the ceremony, then wait and drive them to the reception. The driver started to take them straight to the reception location (despite specific instructions from me), until someone on the bus noticed. Then the driver had no idea how to get to the ceremony so people actually had to use the GPS on their phones to guide him to the ceremony (which by the way was in the Golden Gate Park). I (the groom) spent half the day in the limo on the phone with my family on the bus trying to make sure they actually got to the ceremony. Our family and friends were extremely stressed out that they wouldn't make it on time after taking 3 times as long to get there. Let's just say everyone from the bus told us we should ask for a refund. Very poor preparation and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't use this company for anything of importance. Update 12/12- Happened to see "owner comment" on this saying "Person has not used our service." Not only did I use their service, I paid a few hundred for it.. My high school buddy's husband works with the owner Don Meinke. He cut us gals a great deal and an unusual Contra Costa County pick-up location by our expert driver Michael. Michael put up with 9 crazy women on a wine tasting tour through Napa (see my previous Yelps for the wineries we toured). We had mimosas and chocolate cake shots in the limo when we were not wine tasting (we brought our own Frangelico, sugar, and lemon wedges). It was the perfect way to visit many wineries all in one day safely. I would totally do it again with ABC. They rock! read more

Bachelorette Wine Tasting to Napa from SF This place also goes under ABC WorldWide Transportation (on their invoices) I had called quite a few places for pricing on a party bus, or Limo. The average party bus price as at least 1k if not 1,500.00 with poor yelp reviews... and the limo places seeming fraudulent. I came across ABC Limousines as a friend had used their services for NYE and liked them. I went ahead and booked an executive van which I think seated 15-17. Our driver Edward was very polite, professional and let us hang our cute pink girly decorations in side :) Let us play music and never seemed bothered by our games, loud laughs, and at times... crude jokes ;) What was most important to me, was their billing abilities. They emailed me an invoice once I placed my deposit, responded to my email when I need to down size my vehicle, and billing went smoothly. They did do a 'test charge' to make sure my card was good, this charge was for 200.00 over my quoted amount, and then instantly credited it back to my card. I didn't know they were doing this and when I called to inquire, they walked me through their process. ABC is a professional company who is clearly use to doing business in the corporate world. Much better than calling a 'company' to reach a guy's cell phone who clearly owns his own limo and will surely take a $200.00 deposit over the phone... with no ability to send a receipt or confirmation of a booking. I was quoted a price yet when I received my confirmation no price was listed. I immediately emailed them back asking for this to be updated but got no response. I was picked up as scheduled and was dropped off at 6 hours of service but was charged for 8.25 hours, charged toll fees when we crossed NO bridges, tax & license fees and fuel charges which was not quoted. I have reached out to them 4 times with no response and am utterly disappointed with this company. read more

Well, I got a message from Don M (many weeks after this incident actually happened, and after I posted my review). I responded to it and explained what happened. Predictably, I haven't received a response. If you use this company, I'd advise you to check your credit card statement. I don't know WHO at their company tried to defraud me, but it's clear SOMEONE did (you don't "accidentally" charge someone 5 times for 5 different amounts over the course of several days). It's surprising to me that after 4 different attempts to contact them, no one from their company actually bothered to look into it, apologize, or explain it. The only thing that worked was reporting them to American Express. I'm glad there's Yelp. read more

What a nightmare! Sent wrong limo, no ice and limo was dirty. Driver was discourteous and would not follow directions in spite of the fact that he was lost. The whole evening was spent arguing with him about how to get were we wanted to go. Called the company to express our displeasure and was told they would call back and then never returned calls. Plus they overcharged us for the service on our credit card! Never again! Save yourself the headache and use someone else! read more

I made a reservation to pick up myself and my family at the airport. When they failed to show up I called dispatch who told me that the driver was too tired to pick us up. They left us stranded at the airport at 200am. The dispatcher was kind and offered to get another driver out to pick us up but it would take an 90 minutes to get there. read more

We rented a 6 passenger stretch limo for a private tour to Napa Valley. The limo company made contact with us a few weeks before our rental and confirmed just prior to our rental. They answered all our questions and was very professional. We had the best driver, ever! Not only was he on time but even a few minutes early. He was so patient (traffic was horrible at times) and he didn't seem to mind when we asked to stop at different places. I would highly recommend Mitch. He was very professional and answered all of questions related to Napa and the wineries. The car was clean and the bottled water was a relief. We will use this service in the future and can only hope we will get Mitch as our driver ( or at least someone who is gracious and competent as he is) . Great company, Great driver! read more

ABC Limo has always done an incredibly good job for me. They are there 15 minutes typically before pick up and wait around for an appropriate time to call you (I've seen them out the window before they call. They always have water and mints. The drivers dress, drive, and act professional: always picking up your bag to meet you and one telling me a portion of the tip is in the fair. I've used them no less than five times. They cost more than a shuttle, but the service is impeccable! read more

Hired this company for my honeymoon trip to Hawaii via SFO. My wife and I are both very tall people so we had a specific request for the Lincoln Continental. They confirmed my reservation with vehicle request twice. The morning of our trip the driver showed up in a Lexus ES300, a car built on the same frame as the Toyota Camry. In other words, a much smaller vehicle than what we had requested. We were not going to wait for a new car as we would then miss our flight. The 1-hour trip cramped in the back of the car was very uncomfortable. When we got to Maui I called ABC to request a refund. After waiting on hold for several minutes I was told I'd get a call back. I waited until the end of the day for a return call and never got one. Right before business closed I called in and finally got a manager who was unapologetic, saying the Lexus is a very nice car, and "you took the ride, didn't you?" I requested my refund and he agreed to a 50% refund. I cancelled my return ride and scheduled with a more reputable company. Bottom line, ABC is not a luxury service at all. Might as well call the cab company. Avoid at all costs. read more
