The service I received caused my car to have…read moreapproximately $1500 in repairs due to their incompetence, but this wasn't realized until a year later during Colorado's rainiest May I've ever seen. That said, when I confronted them on it, they owned up to it and took care of the parts for their mistake with no hesitation! So I'm incredibly happy and super grateful that they took care of me, but super disappointed that I had to go without my car for a week. Do I give them a good review for being a very honorable shop? Or ding them for being the cause for my hardship to begin with? The owner stated that the individual who messed up my car is no longer with the company and hasn't been for some time, so I could assume that, that person wasn't worthy of working there, but that's just a guess. Anyway, the shop was incredibly easy to deal with even a year after doing the work, but that work cause my car to have catastrophic failure of a key component of my cars operation. Basically this shop didn't reseal my ECU after receiving my APR tune. Unfortunately I didn't realize this trouble until our rainiest month I've ever seen here in Colorado. All that rain somehow made it to the ECU of my VW CC and it didn't end well. I don't think I would recommend this shop based on my experience, but for those that enjoy their service most likely have more experience with them than I do. My poor experience could have been an isolated event, but it still it ended positively with a bumpy road in the middle, so it hard to say based on one event through my eyes. I spoke with Todd and he told me they were running a $150 brake special. I was told they would call me in 30-40 minutes and let me know what they found. Awesome, I head down the street to have some coffee and breakfast. After hour and half, they call and say I need brakes and one of the front brake lines is leaking and needs replaced, all to the tune of $624. Price sounds high to me but at this point the Jeep is in pieces, I've taken time from work and traveled across town to the shop. Basically, they have to order parts even though I made an appointment to have my brakes replaced. My vehicle is 9 years old, has 90k and has never had brakes. I'm 100% sure it needs brakes! Next time, I think I'll just order my own parts. I've been in around cars my whole life so I know what it needs, not just another pretty face here. Yeah, yeah... I know most people think they know what they need. At this point, it's well past noon and I phone a friend because I knew my vehicle was going to be there all day. All in all, I think the work was solid, although I'll admit I wish they would've replaced the front rotors instead of just turning them because they don't match the rears now. Yeah, it's my thing, but it bugs me every time I look it now. Ok, the good... mechanic work seems solid, lots of places in Old Town to chill out, eat, drink while your vehicle is getting worked on. Light Rail is right there if you want to head downtown. Yeah, it's a garage.. not a place you want to hang out all day. The bad, it's too far for me to drive and I don't want to waste an entire day to have work done that should've only been half a day max.

They had put in new fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The warning light came on repeatedly after I got it back (same day!. I brought it back and after looking at it again, they texted me it'd cost $2k to fix the same problem I reported the first time, this time by replacing the fan assembly. After I declined that repair (through the text # I'd been using with them), I couldn't get a response about getting my car back. This was 3:30 on a weekday. I called multiple numbers until someone finally told me my rep had to leave for a medical issue. When I went in to pick up the car, I told the dept service manager that I hoped the rep would be okay. He looked at me funny and told me he had a dental appt. So they made no arrangements to have any one cover his customers and answer their calls/texts and release their cars. This was the second time I brought a car there for repair and had to bring it back for another fix. Never again.
