MGM Conference Center is one of the many conference centers located in Las Vegas. You can get to the conference center through the casino or you can enter at the other entrance towards Koval Lane/Tropicana. There is dedicated parking for the conference center and it's a pretty easy walk from the parking garage to the MGM Conference Center. I was attending the Microsoft 365 conference from Tuesday through Thursday in May. There are multiple conference rooms, ballrooms, and different levels throughout the conference area. There are plenty of restrooms situated throughout the conference center. All of the conference rooms were clean and the bathrooms were amazing! The food was just okay though, served in the Marquee Ballroom. Most of it was cold even though there were several warming stations. Tuesday Lunch: Turkey Mashed Potatoes Stuffing Salads Wednesday: Lasagna Salads Thursday: Fried Chicken Mac N Cheese Turkey dish Salads I'd recommend since the food options may be limited at the conference, especially with dietary restrictions, that you could opt at eating at some of the restaurants on-site or travel to a different location during the lunch/dinner break for other food options. Overall though, it was a great experience at the conference venue. The team members were helpful and answered any questions about the facilities.

The MGM Grand Conference Center has to be one of the best facilities I have attended for conferences. There is ample parking for attendees in the garage and the conference center is on the 3rd floor that's right across the garage. There is active construction going on outside the conference building. I can't wait to see the results! The only downside to this is that MGM Resorts International just implemented a parking fee of $12 to self-park in the garage and $20 for valet. Thank goodness the Children's Heart Conference is always FREE to attend! The conference space assigned has the capacity to house the 1200 attendees this year. The room is well lit, has good seats, comfortable temperature, and the free wifi speed was above average for a conference room. The restroom is not too far from the conference room and if the rush hour creates a long line, you can go one level down the escalator where additional restrooms can be found. The staff always maintains the restrooms in pristine condition. The entire staff that works the conference center is remarkable! I can't emphasize enough how well they place and maintain food from hot and cold beverages to breakfast and lunch meals. The staff is well organized and very professional. This is my 3rd conference and every year they still manage to amaze me! I'm looking forward for 22nd Heart Conference next year where you can be well informed from some of the renowned pediatric physicians as guest speakers! Priceless!

Have visited the MGM Conference Center several times over the years for conventions. Got to say that it is a fine place to attend a convention. Here is what I like: 1. Staff is helpful and mostly friendly. 2. Conference rooms are spacious and comfy. 3. Everything is clean (including the restrooms). What I do not like: 1. Food served for the meals ranges from awful to mediocre. The dinners have been especially disappointing. Have not had an impressive meal here the last 4 years we have been attending our annual convention. Hmmm....that is the only negative, but it is a big one to me. I am a fan of the facilities. Not a fan of the food provided here, though. 3 stars overall.

The second was about two years ago I had met a bunch of friends and we went to the lounge on the 66th floor, we had a private section and ordered a few bottles of champagne and small bites, the views were amazing and so were the vibes, the server was great. That was a great experience and time. Dining was also a success--the street tacos, nachos, and ramen were delicious, and our breakfast of muffins, bagels, and coffee was spot on. The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. Additionally, we had to call for a refill on basic items like napkins. Despite those housekeeping oversights, we had a great time and are already planning our return to this hotel!

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

This is one of those hotels where there is plenty to do within the walls of the hotel........except gambling. There is no casino in this hotel as with many hotels and I enjoyed that aspect. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. There was a welcome letter waiting for us in the room, and later they surprised us with a chocolate dessert for our anniversary. Those thoughtful touches really meant a lot. The only small suggestion I have is to make the VIP check-in process a little clearer. We tried checking in online before we arrived, but it didn't work. When we got to the hotel, we weren't sure where to go and almost ended up checking in through the regular line before someone pointed us to the VIP Lounge. A little more signage or a note in the confirmation email would make the arrival much smoother for guests What impressed me the most was that the hotel truly listened to our feedback and made a real effort to give us a much better experience than the first time. We've stayed at the Cosmopolitan several times before, including in Terrace Suites with fountain views, so we were really looking forward to another memorable stay. Knowing it was a busy holiday weekend, I made every effort to request a better view well in advance. I called on June 25 to have a note added to our reservation requesting either a fountain view or, at the very least, a Strip view. After arriving in Las Vegas, I even stopped by the front desk a couple of days before check-in to ask if any upgrades might become available. I was told they couldn't guarantee anything but would note my request and recommended I come back early on check-in day. I followed their advice. I returned again late Thursday night to ask about availability and was told to complete an early pre-check-in because that would give me the best chance if rooms opened up. The next morning, I completed my pre-check-in around 8:30 a.m. The front desk confirmed fountain-view rooms were fully booked, which I completely understood. I then specifically asked for a Strip-view room instead, and they assured me they would note the request. When I finally checked into Room 2189, I was incredibly disappointed. Instead of a Strip view, the balcony overlooks the back of surrounding buildings, employee parking areas, rooftops, and mechanical equipment. You can barely catch a glimpse of the Strip only if you lean far over the balcony. For a room marketed around its terrace and views, this was a huge letdown-especially for a milestone anniversary and the Fourth of July, when we specifically wanted to enjoy the fireworks from our room. I immediately called the front desk and later spoke with the manager, Jonathan. He explained the hotel was fully booked and I even asked if there might be an opportunity to move rooms the following day, but I was told those rooms were already committed to other guests. While I understand a holiday weekend creates limited availability, what was disappointing is that I made multiple requests over several days, both by phone and in person, and still ended up with what felt like one of the least desirable views in the hotel. Jonathan did offer a $150 resort credit, which I ultimately accepted, but it didn't make up for missing the experience we specifically booked this stay to enjoy. The multiple attempts over the phone and in person to get at least a view of the strip not this crappy view!!! The Terrace Suite itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed, and I've had wonderful experiences at the Cosmopolitan in the past. My disappointment isn't with the room itself --it's with the lack of consideration for repeated guest requests and the overall customer service surrounding this stay. I'll be posting photos of the actual view so others can decide whether this particular room is worth booking. Unfortunately, for such an important occasion, this stay fell far short of expectations. I left feeling disappointed, and because of this experience, I'll likely choose another hotel for future trips to Las Vegas.

So, I called the slot host--Now his name was something like Miladin (I really don't remember exactly how he spelled it) He spent 20 mins on the phone with IT to find out what is going on and he was very nice....He even said he put $30 dining credit on the card, I asked if I needed a Voucher to use it and he said, no, Just go to the restaurant and eat and hand them the card but I would have to go back to the slot lady to reset the pin one more time and get my free play so I did... She was not happy to see me again but is this my fault???? she acted like it was, her attitude was my issue but that wasn't even my breaking point, I told her what happened and she said I need you to reset your Pin, I handed her my Card but remember, I have a splitting headache and the room is kind of spinning--Migraines and she said something to me but I was like, huh? I NEED YOUR ID. OK OK....I said ok sorry, I have a bad headache, slow down--she rolled her eyes....wow, what the actual hell?? I am a good player, I am in there all of the time, what the hell?? why does my card have to be reset anyways? I have been playing at Palace Station my whole life in Vegas--Over 20 years and never ever did I need to go through this but fine, here is my ID She says, what restaurant do you want the $30 for? I was confused because the other guy said it would just be on there and she is asking me this and I said, I thought it was on there, she gets huffy and says, NO, WHY WOULD IT ALREADY BE THERE???? WELL EXCUSE ME FOR BREATHING. i AM SORRY I AM ALIVE, I AM SORRY I AM HAVING ISSUES AND YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR DAMNED JOB. OOPS MY BAD. SO I HANDED HER MY ID AND CARD--SHE DOES HER THING SUPPOSEDLY AND ADDS THE $30 TO THE CARD FOR LUCKY PENNY. I ASKED ABOUT MY FREE PLAY, OH THAT IS TAKEN CARE OF, GO TO THE MACHINE, ITS NOT THERE, NOTHING IS THERE, NOTHING IS THERE, IS THE $30 FOR LUCKY PENNY??? WE WILL SEE... I WALKED OFF AND LEFT MY ID THERE, MY BROTHER WHO WAS WITH ME WAS MAD, HE WAS TALKING TO HER WHILE I WAS OFF CALMING DOWN--THAT MY PIN SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE RESENT 200 TIMES. I COME BACK AND SAID I WANT MY ID. I TOOK MY ID. HE ASKED IF THE $30 WAS ON THERE, SHE SAYS, I CAN'T CHECK THAT WITHOUT YOUR ID LIKE I AM DUMB OR SOMETHING--I SAID LADY, YOU ARE VERY RUDE, YOU NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I AM TELLING YOU I SAID THIS, I AM NOT GOING TO LET ANYONE TALK DOWN TO ME ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM IN THE CASINO 2-3 TIMES A WEEK EATING, DRINKING (Though not today, I have a headache) AND PLAYING, I LITERALLY LOSE $2000 A MONTH IN THERE--SOMETIMES MORE, SOMETIMES I WIN WHICH IS GREAT BUT NOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW MY PIN, SHE RESET IT 4 TIMES.... I am never going to go back to slot club again. ever. She never apologized, she could see i was angry, she was told that I had a headache, she knew I was upset about the free play which by the way she was unable to give back to me and never fixed and she just stood there looking all bothered. I will be back to eat--see if the $30 made the card, I am coming to Borracha's this weekend to eat, I love the food, I love the machines but If I have to go back to reset my pin or talk to her or see her ever again, I will throw my card in the trash, she is so ruuuuuude!!!!!
