Shortly before my mother died she gave me a beautiful white-gold cross with an emerald in the middle. It was stunning, but damaged. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience dealing with MHG jewelry. I met with Matthew at the end of August to discuss a small to medium-sized job of repurposing existing jewelry. We briefly discussed the plan and I expected to hear from him with a follow-up cost of the project. He never reached out to me on his own. Every couple weeks, I left a message following up on the job, only to learn the job was not yet started. I was persistent, I kept calling and stopping in. I finally received my finished product 4 months later after hearing many excuses made by Matthew. He clearly did not prioritize my job. read more
