I think the food at Mi&Tea is missing the mark. Upon entering, it smells so good like nice, robust broth, but their broth felt like it was missing depth. At the same time, the meat felt drained and didn't have much flavor either. I think their portioning saves them because they are very generous with the meat. I'd love a large option with more noodles, though pho here is already quite expensive. I also got a signature milk tea with honey boba. It was a mid boba drink: some boba was stuck together and it was quite chewy while the tea got a bit rough near the end. The price is normal. The service at Mi&Tea is pretty good and there's nothing wrong. They are very polite and accommodating, definitely trying their best. The restaurant is ran by Vietnamese locals in the kitchen and the servers are usually young students. read more

We drove 1.5 hours just to come here because it used to be the best boba tea we've ever had... and we drink a LOT whenever we travel. It was awful. First, they don't make the kimchi fries we used to love. They were out of honey boba so we left and came back later.... Then they were out of black tea and didn't tell us... just made our orders with green tea which I hate with milky teas. I used to love the French rose but it was awful. Charged me for a replacement until I argued about it. Ordered three Thai teas... another favorite. Tasted like water. The former owner used real Thai tea. The place is attractive and inviting when you walk in. The bubble tea is quite delicious, and we tried three different varieties. However, other reviews I read had me looking forward to the best pho out there and that was quite average. One person in our party ordered another dish that was also described as average. The drinks were good, which is the only reason I even give two stars... The service was atrocious. Regardless of Covid, three people came in after me, and managed to leave before me. Also the girl with a "Boba Life" hat had the time to worry about the attractive male employee that had just come in, and strike a relatively lengthy conversation about her "concern" while making someone else's drink before me, again. This review is only for their boba milk tea. When I went in I was told that their kitchen was closed. Fortunately I only came for the tea. I order their Wintermelon tea with the mini boba. My fiancee and i came here for the first time. We loved the decor in the place when we first walked in and the workers greeted us warmly. They have such a great variety of boba and drinks here. Both of our milk teas were absolutely delicious and the workers were super nice. Its a great place for any boba drinker to go and get a refreshing and delicious drink. Enjoyed the Boba teas - they were all well done. I didn't care for the fact that there's no other drink options. You can get a $7 tea or you can drink water from a manual dispenser in a solo cup. The food was... odd. Very tasty sauces, but the quality of the meat was just terrible. Rubbery and flavorless. I had the Korean BBQ and while it was cooked in a great sauce, the bony tenderloins were like trying to chew tire rubber. Rice was fresh and tasty and the vegetables were good. This is my new favorite spot! I was blown away by how incredible the honey boba is!!! I got a rose milk tea and wow perfect amount of sweetness + consistency ! Great food - abominable service. You could drive to Memphis and get better quality pho for an equal price with gas considered. Waited an hour the last time I went, and the restaurant was practically empty. Had to leave without my order and the staff was vaguely apologetic. It's clear that the owners are not very present. Also saw kitchen staff casually go to their vehicle about halfway through the long wait. Although I paid with cash, staff also fluidly flips the touchscreen tablets for a guilt tip percentage of overpriced food. This place has already rebranded once and will not last. At least there's still H20 as an alternative. I will never set foot in Mi & Tea again, and suggest the same. read more

Ugh, so good! I got a strawberry green milk tea without boba and my fiancé got the traditional Thai tea with aloe vera boba. We both loved our drinks! Does not clean properly and place always has roaches. Tea has really gone down hill and they keep cloaing and reopening. Only a matter of time before they run out of everything again and close again.
