I was in the area for work and initially went to a Japanese spot nearby...completely forgot it was valentines day and the Japanese place was ridiculously crowded. I took a chance on this place...was a bit nervous because it was empty. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and chicken pho to go. Peanut butter dipping sauce for rolls was really good. I didn't like the proportion of shrimp to lettuce in the rolls. I'm used to more of a balanced roll. They were fresh and light. Pho was tasty. I ordered the small which was plenty! The broth had nice flavor and they packed everything well. I'm pretty sure they are the only Pho spot in town...wake up Starckville. Lol. Show this place some love. read more

Overall 3.5 stars On a cold and dreary day we made a pit stop to order and have some hot bowl of Pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Fortunately it wasn't too busy but the meals ordered can take a little Bit of time to be served. Having one cook making "made to order" meals does take time, so be patient. Food: 3 - 3.5 stars We order: 1. 3 bowls of Pho (2 large and 1 small). The broth was light but was Slightly sweet for our palate. Added Hoisin and Sriracha to reduce the sweetness. Noodles were perfectly cooked, al dente' style w a hint of chewiness. Fresh bean sprouts, jalapeños and lime wedges were served. Missing cilantro and Thai basil; maybe due to winter and lack of supply at the grocery stores - 3.5 Stars 2. Tofu fried rice - tofu was airy, light and crispy. They were cut into 1 inch cubes. They were good. But the fried rice was oily. Also the vegetables tasted more like a bag of fresh veggies from a grocery store. Not freshly diced or cut from the cook. You can tell because each carrot and green beans were uniformly diced. - 3 stars 3. Grilled shrimp w rice. Shrimp were plentiful and seasoned with fish sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Still had the shell on the body which soaked the good sauce. They were very flavorful w the umami flavor but overcooked which was a bummer. The plate came with a cup of rice topped with a medium cooked fried egg and some sliced pickled carrots and daikon radishes. - 3.25 Stars. NOTE: if it wasn't overcooked, it would have a higher rating. 4 Stars - Cook and Servers. They were pleasant and professional. I ordered a special milk tea drink w boba and it only a couple of minutes to receive my drink. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be served. The drink was a little too sweet for me due to the strawberry syrup with the coconut milk. I added some water to cut down the sweet flavor. It was still good. 4 Stars Ambiance - open, airy, and has about 20 tables. Which can seat 2 to 8 people. Order and pay upfront and grab a table. Servers will bring the meals to you. read more

Every time I eat here, the food is delicious! I typically get the Roast Pork Vermicelli (with an egg roll), and it never disappoints. The Pho is also outstanding. I (and a lot of my friends) wish they would open a store in Columbus! read more

I come here pretty often usually great food and service. Well first time for everything. Get the same thing every time shrimp pho bowl. I get it noodles are like rubber. I bring it up to the counter they said they changed the noodles due to running out. I said ok these taste like rubber. They took it back to get me new noodles. They bring it back don't say anything sit it down walk off. Tasted the same and now COLD! They did nothing and never checked back in. I hate it because I really like this place but want be back anytime soon. read more

This place must be delicious if they run out of food not one but two days in a row the first week that they're open! We missed our window of opportunity to eat but we were lucky to be able to order some amazing drinks. They were friendly and extremely patient with us as we kept changing our minds on what drink that get and whether or not to add any boba or jellies to it. The teas are super refreshing! Light and not overly sweet. We had already started planning which tea to order next. They are wonderful. The Vietnamese coffee...OMG yummmm! It's not your typical coffee bar type of drink and definitely worth trying. You really do need to stop in and try this place out. Came here while visiting our daughter. Food was good- taste really wasn't an issue. What made this place a 4 and not a 5 was the food portion was lacking bigger portions of meat and price. We ordered 2 soups pho; one chicken and one with beef and brisket and the meat to liquid ratio was really off. We also ordered the spring rolls which were the star of the show. I had no idea Starkville had a Pho and Boba place until yesterday! I had the brisket and eye of round Pho and Brown Sugar Milk tea boba. The price was a little steep, $20+ for these two items. That said, the pho was PHOnominal! The broth was fantastic. They have plenty of condiments on the table, including *assuming* house made chili crisp. I doctored it up with lime, basil, jalapeno, sprouts, hoison, sriracha and chili crisp. I could've bathed in the broth. The boba was a HUGE, around 20oz or more. My only gripe about it was all of the sugar was on the bottom. Huge space to boot and in a strip mall, so parking shouldn't be a problem. read more

This place has been consistently amazing every time that I've been, it checks all of my boxes in terms of location, cleanliness, aesthetic, and variety on their menu. Their prices are a little higher, but they're the only Vietnamese restaurant in town so I really don't mind. Loved it! read more

I ordered take out from here and unfortunately I was disappointed. I got the chicken rice plate. The chicken was hard, and the sauce had a weird taste to it. The white rice that came with it was okay, it didn't have a lot of flavor to it though. I ordered a plain soup to go as well, but the broth tasted odd too.
