Since we had no tickets, the cashier had to get the same server to ring us up. I mentioned the missing guacamole, and he was clearly irritated. I told him she wasn't paying for something she never received. Then he rang up my meal and STILL charged me for the full platter. I paid it just to avoid him causing a scene, but the attitude was unbelievable. I understand being busy and overheated, but taking it out on customers, refusing to acknowledge mistakes, and trying to charge for items never served (and did charge for items never served} is exactly why this place keeps dropping in ratings. Food was mediocre. Service was rude. Prices keep going up while the customer experience keeps going down. They've never corrected a single issue I've had here. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. The laminated menus were filthy and sticky as well, take some hand sanitizer.
