This guy consistently goes above and beyond, and our most recent visit was no exception. What really sets Alberto apart is how he anticipates everything. He checked on our spice tolerance mid-boil to make sure it wasn't overwhelming, and he kept the wet wipes and extra lemon coming without us lifting a finger. The food was phenomenal as always but Alberto's energy and genuine care elevated the whole experience. He's friendly, efficient, funny without being over-the-top, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone leaves happy and stuffed. If you're at any Stinkin' Crawfish location and see Alberto on the floor, request him--you won't regret it. Thanks again, Alberto--you're the reason we keep coming back! It;s also just a pretty good quality seafood boil as well. The shrimp was well cooked, and everything was flavorful but not salty. I do think that the deal is now $25 for 2lbs, but that is still cheaper than most places around. I added sausage, corn, and potatoes, and my party of two was full. I also super enjoy the $1 shots of soju. It's 6 shots max per person, but that puts you at a nice buzz for your meal. You can also opt for their Buy 2 Bottles Get The 3rd Bottle Free deal, which would be nice if you have a bigger party.  The service here was super nice, and there wasn't a long wait at all. I would highly recommend this spot if you want to have a good time and eat good food. It will be messy, but it'll be worth it!
