I understand they're all tried on, but when I expressed concern the owner snapped back about HER profitability. No response when I emailed them about this. They're selling the same pair on eBay for $39! To think they could have discounted the shoes for me due to excessive shop-worn condition upsets me. I only got $11 off, same as every single new customer, and wish I'd asked for a better pair or that THEY OFFERED. What a disappointing visit to this store and unfortunate customer service from the owner. We'll never buy from here again or recommend it.

They sold us an expensive pair of ballet shoes with one of them already broken. We should have checked them but we did not. The manager refused to exchange the broken one with a new one and believed her employee who did not check the shoes instead of her client. Why would we do that, really? Plus I purchased lots of items plus the point shoes. So we are very disappointed and this place has just lost a customer.

Since their relocation I've sensed a bit of desperation to sell the highest priced item. The dance shoes are not visible, rather they are in the back so you can't choose. You know like oh this is nice I will try this or what not. When I told them what I was looking for It seemed that they really pushed the higher priced item's on me without any options so I thought that was the deal. However non of the shoes they showed me fit, that is when they brought out other options that fit, cost way less and I liked them better. It felt sneaky! I will probably drive to Boulder or online for my dance needs in the future. It's a shame because this store is within walking distance.
