Inquiry regarding T-Visa Application: Labor Trafficking with Evidence of Coercion and Witness…read moreTampering Dear [Lawyer's Name / Intake Team], I am writing to seek legal representation for a T-Visa application and associated I-192 waiver. I believe I am a victim of Labor Trafficking as defined by the TVPA, and I have substantial evidence to support my claim. Case Highlights: * Coercion & Threats: My employer has systematically used my prior immigration history (DS-160 inconsistency) as a weapon to maintain my labor. He has explicitly threatened me with deportation and claimed, "You have no status, you cannot sue me." * Witness Tampering (Key Evidence): I possess documented evidence (text messages) where the employer admitted to maintaining "double books" (illegal private accounting) and subsequently issued a formal instruction for me to "Delete the text" to destroy evidence of his illegal financial practices. * Severe Psychological Harm: I have been in professional psychological counseling since November 2025. I have been diagnosed with Severe Depression (PHQ-9 score: 24) directly resulting from the prolonged psychological abuse and fear of family separation. * Economic Exploitation: The employer utilizes family members to maintain absolute control over wage/tip distribution through a closed, fraudulent accounting system. Evidence Available for Review: 1. Screenshots of "Delete the text" instructions and deportation threats. 2. Comparative financial records (Personal checks vs. Payroll checks). 3. Comprehensive clinical psychological evaluation and ongoing treatment records. I am looking for an attorney experienced in handling T-Visas involving I-192 waivers for prior immigration misrepresentations. I would like to schedule a consultation to discuss filing a report with the Labor Commissioner's Criminal Investigation Unit and securing a Supplement B certification. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Can you speak mandarin? I need help ,please ......

He said he was an elder in his church (a 'Christian', as I actually am), quoted me a price, we signed a contract, but because of his incompetence, he grossly underestimated the time it would take for my particular situation (everything was disclosed and discussed upfront). Partway through the process, I received a 'bag and baggage' INS letter to report to the INS for a hearing. He said he'd meet me at the appointment and not to worry. Instead, he sent some other incompetent crony junior attorney who didn't even bring my case file with her, and did nothing to protest or try to protect me from immediate deportation (the INS agent wasn't given anything showing I had an active, ongoing case, and the crony attorney or INS agent wouldn't even try to phone Spaulding!). He didn't tell me that the 'hearing' was just an INS formality to deportation! I was detained (basically arrested by the INS) who said they would transport me back to Canada and I couldn't come back for 10 years, or I could pay for my own ticket. They took me to LAX in handcuffs and put me on my plane! At great expense and time, I had to upend my life in the U.S., return to Canada, and with the help of my U.S. citizen fiance, find another immigration attorney to take over my case and finish it. After being deported, on a phone call to Spaulding, he said there was 'nothing further' he could do as the deportation ended the case (and it would have to be filed now as a new case). Oh and coincidentally, it also ended our contract he said. He could continue on the case he said, but I'd have to sign a new contract with substantially higher fees! I ended up finding another competent attorney to successfully obtain my green card, at substantially lower fees than this slime-ball 'Christian elder' attorney. Don't 'drink the koolaid' from this attorney! Do yourself, your bank account, and your cortisol level a favor and find another attorney!

I had the opportunity to consult with Attorney Linda and her team (Arturo, Peter, Winston)…read moreregarding a significant immigration matter for a family member, perhaps one of the toughest cases her team might have seen. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and patient in explaining the process. They guided us step by step, answered all our questions promptly, and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful and complicated time. Even as circumstances of the case changed unexpectedly and new challenges arose, Linda and her team adjusted and accommodated to ensure a strong transparent petition/application was sent to USCIS. In less than 2.5 months from date of submission in June, we already had an interview scheduled for in September. Unfortunately, due to unexpected events and challenges that transpired after our submission, the journey became rocky and I became uncertain with whether to continue the process. In the end, my family member and I could not reconcile our issues in time for the September interview and we had to go our own separate ways. It was a really difficult and emotional decision and I wish my family member the best in her future but I ultimately made a choice to withdraw the petition. I am grateful for the excellent support we received throughout the process. Linda and her staff were compassionate, detail-oriented, and always available when we needed clarification. They worked really hard and put us in the best position for our petition/application to succeed and it likely would have had it not been for some unfortunate circumstances. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking trustworthy and experienced immigration guidance.

Which is what i wanted/needed all along! I HIGHLY recommend their services. Take it from someone that tried it ALL!
