We contacted Mi Young to represent us as buyers for a property in the Mountain View and Sunnyvale area. Mi Young was my buyer's agent when I purchased a townhouse recently, and I cannot recommend her enough! In this crazy seller's market, the property that we eventually purchased attracted many people and had 15 disclosures out. I knew the competition was more fierce than ever, especially considering the fact that other comps in the same complex had "only" 7 or so disclosures out. Mi Young was able to come up with an excellent and flexible bidding strategy, which included analyzing/understanding what the seller wants and even what the seller's agent likes. Just like some capable agents out there, she leveraged her wide connections to estimate the sale price easily and accurately, but she didn't stop there. Sure, you may ask, "what else does the seller want other than money?" But the truth is, the sellers are also human and they have emotions.
