We used Mia Limo for three different activities during our three day stay in Rome. Mariano was our driver and when we told him what time we wanted to be at the port, he then gave us a time to leave Rome city center. We were picked up on time and as we drove to the port, Mariono gave us information about what we were saying along the way. This was a private transfer for my wife and I. The fare was reasonable compared to other options forprivate transfers. And the extra benefit is that Mia Limo will take you right to the terminal. We also used Mia limo to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel. The driver in that case was Mateo. He kept us well informed as to his status and where to meet him. Again, the cost of the transfer was reasonable compared to other transfer options. Finally, we used this service to give us a four hour tour of Rome. We chose the locations we wanted to visit and then the driver, in this case it was Mariono, added extra places he thought we might like to see. Extremely happy that I found Mia Limo before traveling to Rome in September. Matteo was very responsive (considering the time difference) and helped us organize our first day. Picked us up at the airport, then a custom tour based on what we requested. Provided good information about the level of walking necessary as my wife has some mobility issues. We elected to use the private tour guide that he arranged and she was very knowledgeable. It is nice that he will accept credit cards since many services do not. I booked Mia Limo through Viator. I booked 4 transfers in total because I was traveling with my family. We booked transfers from the Rome airport to our hotel, and then the next day 2 more transfers from our hotel to the cruise port. The drivers were all fantastic! They arrived early and waited for us! Our flight was delayed and the drivers waited patiently for us. It probably was about 40 mins they waited after the delayed landing, and getting through customs. I spoke with Matteo multiple times leading up to the transfers and received prompt responses despite our time zone differences. The vehicles were immaculate! The drivers were professional & on time! Apr 2024 We did not tour with Mia Limo but were fortunate enough to hire Matteo for our very early morning trip from Rome to Leonardo da Vinci airport. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and unnecessarily apologized for not being able to accommodate us with a last-minute change of time (due to an airline snafu). He loaded us and our luggage into the limo and we had a pleasant trip to our destination through the most historic sections of Rome in a lovely, comfortable Mercedes as well as a wonderful conversation with Matteo. But, the best was yet to come.....I don't know how I would have been able to handle getting through the mass of humanity with my 87-year-old traveling companion (her walker) and 3 big pieces of luggage. Upon arrival, Matteo left his car, found a luggage cart, and personally escorted us into the terminal to the security line where, after his conversation with security, we were allowed to enter and proceed through immediately. We hired Matteo for transfer from FCO to hotel and then again for transfer to Civitavecchia Port three days later. He offered us a list of sites and food recommendations and at anytime during our stay in Roma we could text him for advice. But the most amazing service he offered was one that I didn't even know we needed to seek. Matteo has special license to drive right up to the ships embarkation point. Our limo driver Matteo, was the most wonderful start to what was a magical trip. I travelled to Italy with my daughter to visit my son who was studying abroad. Matteo was front and center at the airport with my name. He was so warm and friendly from the very first second. The car was immaculate and after a long flight from New York it was nice to sit in a comfortable car. He had waters ready for us and immediately began to get to know us. He told us about the things we saw on our way and at the end of our trip he took my phone number and shortly after he dropped us off he sent me a text of all the best restaurants by different category and even what to order at some. Matteo was fabulous. We used him 3 times on our family tour of Italy. My wife and I were traveling with our two-year-old toddler and my elderly parents. The Mercedes van was spotless and had plenty of room for all of us, our luggage and the car seat he provided. At one pick up it was absolutely pouring outside, he managed to get closer than I think was legal to our exit from the train station and met us with the door open and an umbrella to walk us to the car. I should also mention he emailed us the day before with photos and directions on exactly where to go. His communication was great via, email, phone and text. This review is a bit overdue and long but wanted to ensure that I gave a proper review after settling back in from our trip to Italy. We traveled to Italy in April 2017 and decided to book a chofer/transportation service instead of traveling through Italy in train to maximize our time and efforts. We hired Marco and Matteo at MP Autonoleggio for 15 days after our visit to Venice. Our trip was one of the best trips we have ever taken and thanks to Marco and Matteo, they went above and beyond expectations to make our vacation a memorable one. We went to many different towns during our stay (Padua, Pisa, Perugia, Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Amalfi Coast/Positano, Naples, Tivoli and Rome). Marco & Matteo were prompt, organized, patient, polite, very well informed and professional. They shared their knowledge of the history of the towns we visited and recommended great restaurants, gelatos and cafes.... better recommendations than those you find in travel books. Their prices are reasonable and aligned with other transportation service prices. However, with MP Autonoleggio they add their own personal touch that makes this company stand out from other companies. We stopped at vista points that they had recommended; some of the best pictures we took from our trip. Marco speaks different languages- Italian, French, Spanish and English. Marco and Matteo were able to translate to others when we were in places that didn't speak English. Both Marco and Matteo are great drivers and drive with safety. They followed our itinerary and were flexible to any changes we made along the way. They are quick to responding to emails and helped answered questions when we initially booked them. They were also responsive to text messages and phone calls while we were in Italy. Their vehicle, Mercedes Minivan, was roomy and very clean. There were 6 of us on this trip and we all felt comfortable with enough elbow room to move around. The trunk had enough space for all our luggages, wine cases and shopping bags. The vehicle had sufficient air flowing throughout and the radio was stationed to our liking. They also provided cables to charge our phones. Marco and Matteo were kind and willing enough to handle a shipment of purchases we made in Italy to our home since it didnt fit in our luggage (we had exceeded the allotted luggage weight amount when flying back home). They handled this for us while we were out touring around and enjoying our last days in Italy. I cannot speak highly enough of their excellent services and highly recommend them if you are ever in need of any type of transportation services. If we are ever to return to the beautiful country of Italy, without hestitation, MP Autonoleggio will be our first booking.
