Perfect! is the best way to describe the service my wife and I received during a recent trip to Rome (Sept 2018). We select MP Autonoleggion mainly based on all their positive feedback. We needed transportation for 1) an airport transfer from FCO to Rome, 2) a 3 hour personal tour and transfer between hotels, 3) a transfer from our hotel back to FCO. Using their web site, I submitted my request pricing for all 3 activities. About 3 hours later I received a email reply to my request from Matteo. He clearly repeated each of the 3 requests, providing pricing exactly as I requested. The pricing was very competitive to other rates I had researched. I confirmed via email. We continued to correspond as I confirmed the specific trip details. Matteo was always prompt to respond and provided the details needed for airport pickup. As described in other feedback, the company is family owned / run. Marco (the dad) and Matteo (the son) drive their Mercedes van and sedan. Both are very professional with good English skills. Both vehicles were very clean, in excellent condition, with bottled water available. I paid the agreed to amount in Euro after each service. 1) We arrived in Rome as scheduled. We easily found Marco waiting when exited baggage claim with our name printed on paper. He took our luggage and led us to the van (6 passenger, limo style with 3 seats facing each other). He then drove us directly to our first hotel. He also explained that Matteo would pick us up as planned for the 3 hour tour and transfer between hotels. 2) Matteo was waiting for us as planned in the sedan. We began our 3 hours tour, which also included dropping us at off at a different hotel. He ask if we had any specific requests for places to go (we didn't) and he took it from there. During the 3 hours, Matteo drove us to a place then waited with the car with my wife and I took our time looking around. Orange Park, Keyhole, Mouth of Truth, Circus Maximus, just to start. Matteo was easy to talk to and gave the 3 hours a personal touch that made the time enjoyable. 3) On our last day Matteo picked us up right on time and took use directly to FCO. MP Autonoleggion, with Marco and Matteo, did their part to make sure we had a wonderful stay in Rome. Fair rates, professional service, clean and well maintained vehicles. We were a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child ) looking to visit Italy with an itinerary that spanned Milan to the Amalfi Coast over 2 weeks. Our main concern was transport as travelling with a 7 year old and 2 elderly folks would have been a challenge catching trains and taxis with luggage, not to mention the stress that came with it. I first contacted Marco and Matteo about 6 months prior to my trip and was met with very prompt responses and even suggestions that would eventually help save time on the itinerary, leaving more room for other stuff. Marco would drive for the first half of the trip and his son, Matteo, would take over the 2nd leg. Fast forward to a month before the trip, I sent my itinerary to them at their request. When we finally touched down in Milan, we were met punctually by Marco, who had studied our itinerary and had already spoken to the host of our apartment regarding our check in. When he brought the vehicle over, it was more spacious than we expected, easily fitting all 6 of us with 6 pieces of luggage in the back. From this point on, I realised my family and I were going to be well taken care of and pampered. Not only did they confirm check in timings for us, but also restaurant reservations which I made way in advance. The whole trip was totally stress free as they would be there to pick us up wherever we finished our sightseeing/shopping. Also, having a local with us helped greatly whenever we needed to ask questions or call a restaurant. As the vacation went on, my family had formed a bond with them, and it really felt like they were part of the holiday. Matteo even bought some Italian gifts for us and a bracelet for my 7 year old niece who by now had shown a great affinity for him. As our trip drew to a close, my family agreed that having Marco and Matteo on our trip was probably the best decision we made. From the initial email communication, all the way to having them both send us off to the airport, the whole trip exceeded all our expectations. We found Matteo by chance online after our hotel quoted us a ridiculous price to get from airport to our hotel In Rome. I was so happy we hired him. He was reasonably priced and offered us either a black Mercedes sedan or large Mercedes Van. He confirmed with us many times before our trip to Rome, which put us at ease. He was waiting early with a sign exactly where he said. He was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and spoke good english. Here's the best part. When my older son decided last minute ( as soon as we landed) to fly out to Croatia , Matteo walked us up to ticketing , spoke with ticketing agents , helped get him on the next flight, without any complaint about the long delay in airport we caused him to get our son on the next flight. We were so thrilled with his service that we hired him again a few days later to Drive our son From Rome to drive to Positano ( when he flew back to Rome). I was going to Umbria from FCO before visiting my son in Rome, coming off an overnight flight from the US. While many would have taken the train(s), I knew I was going to be tired and only had 24 hours there, so I wanted to get there fast. The owner of the AirBnb made the arrangements. From when I reached out to Matteo the day before until he met me at FCO, the communication was prompt and professional yet very friendly. His car was a beautiful Mercedes Benz sedan. For the next two hours, I had such a wonderful time. Matteo is extremely personable, attentive and his English is excellent. We talked about everything with ease. He also had so many recommendations. I found this business through Yelp, while traveling through Europe, and they 'had me at hello'. I pre-arranged airport pickup and return. Our driver, Marco met me and my two children at the FCO airport, with a very professional-looking sign and greeted us with a smile, an introduction and handshakes. He took charge of our bags and led us to a very nice Mercedez sedan, and whisked us to our hotel. Although Marco doesn't speak much English, that didn't stop him from making some small-talk and pointing out sights. Matteo (Marco's son) coordinated pickup/drop-off details well in advance, and was quick to reply to my questions. I found their price to be very fair, in comparison to taxis or Uber. Outstanding service all around!! Our flight to Rome from the U.S. arrived 30 minutes early and the driver, Matteo, was already there waiting for us! After deplaning, I received a text from Matteo with clear instructions on how to get to our meeting point. The car, a Mercedes, was exceptionally clean. We immediately made reservations with them for the following week to take us to the cruise port. That experience was also exceptional! Different driver this time (a newlywed, but I can't recall his name), same great service. He didn't just drop us off at the port - he went in the terminal and found a worker to come assist us!! USE THIS COMPANY!! Matteo and his dad were great and we definitely will use their services again in the future. They were able to pick my friends and me up from the airport and took us to our hotel, then from our hotel to Civitavecchia Port, then from the port back to the airport. You do not pay per person but per car/distance. The car was always clean and air-conditioned and they were always on time and we never had to go looking for them wondering where they were. Only one thing confused us and that is the meeting point when they picked us up from the airport. After you get your luggage make sure you go outside to the columns. There are columns inside as well with numbers and taxi services waiting with names but they will be outside. read more

I needed a car to pick me up and drive me from the Roma bus station to my airport hotel. Matteo was very responsive, we communicated through email. On my bus from Sorrento to Roma, he followed up to ensure timing. I arrived at the bus station around 9 pm, and my driver was waiting for me on the curb holding a sign with my name, which I appreciated. It's the biggest reason why I didn't want to use Uber or My Taxi. The bus station at night was obviously very dark and a bit confusing on where to go. Glad I had a driver waiting for me! I paid cash, but I think they accept credit cards, too. Great experience all in all. If/when I am in Rome again, I will definitely use this car service. read more

My husband and I used Matteo's services for our pickup at FCO and then the transfer back 7 days later. Matteo confirmed both transfers with us and let us know when there was heavy traffic. And he still arrived on time! On the drive from the airport to our apartment, Matteo pointed out many highlights of Rome to help us get oriented in the city. My family and I recently traveled to Rome. We arrived after an 18 hour trip (with little kids) around midnight. Marco met us on time with an easy to read sign. He kindly gathered us, took to our flat in the city (taking a few moments along the way to point out the sights), and had the knowledge of our destination to let us in, show us the locking mechanism and arrange for our future return. MIA LIMO provides complete and total peace of mind. Getting from FCO to Civitavecchia is difficult enough, getting from FCO to the cruise terminal at Civitavecchia is horribly confusing. Matteo the owner of Mia Limo and his fleet of Mercedes makes getting to or from FCO amazingly simple. Most cars can only take you to the port entrance, then you have to catch a shuttle bus. Mia Limo is authorized to take you directly to the cruise terminal. Trust me, you want Mia Limo to take you to AND from the cruise terminal! Having your own personal driver in a city you've never been to before is the best thing ever! Matteo confirmed via email and text our pickup time and location. Our driver, Marcelo I believe was his name, arrived early to our hotel, loaded all of our very heavy luggage into a very nice and clean Mercedes and confirmed our airline and terminal drop-off and got us to the FCO airport in ample time and safely. We hired Matteo for a quick ride from the Roma Termini train station, to a quick stop at our hotel to drop our bags, and then straight on to the Vatican to begin a guided tour. We had such a small time frame in order to make all of that happen, and Matteo was so helpful and made the trip so easy!
