    Beach club sun beds
    Jackie X.

This was a beautiful and chill beach club. Make sure to go a little early in the afternoon before it gets slightly busier. There is a $60 (USD) minimum to use the day beds on the beach or sit by the pool but it's easily reached with the food and drinks if you spend all day here. Although the drinks were not the best, it was still worth it to sit and eat good food!

I could've not been more happier with Mia Beach Club. I was in a group with 3 couples total, so it was 6 of us. We were originally going to go to Taboo since we've heard so much about it, and kept seeing it all over TikTok and Instagram. But then one of our friends had recently gone to Mia and had mentioned how it was a much better experience. We had been doing the whole club/partying thing the days before, so we wanted a more relaxed but still fun experience...Mia was exactly that. Our tickets included unlimited tacos/pizza/drinks for a few hours. We had a few chairs on the beach, I think we had about 4-5 for the 6 of us? It was perfect though, because we were on the beach most of the time anyways!!! We had two servers/waiters that took the best care of us. One of them was Miguel and I can't remember the other lady's name. I clearly remember asking for Miguel for 6 tequila shots every 20-30 minutes, and he would be there with limes and salt ready to give them to us. We tipped both servers separately, because we wanted to make sure they got the tips and didn't have to share them. They were excellent. The only thing I do have to say that isn't all positive, is be wary of the all the people that will try to sell you stuff while being at Mia. They aren't dangerous, but they can be quite bothersome. We did buy a few things from the children that were selling. Things like bracelets and anklets. If you don't want anything, just tell them and they will leave you alone. The vibe is 10/10. It's very Tulum meets Day Club, but without all the people and stress and overpriced drinks. Overall though, I highly recommend Mia. As I am typing this, I see a lot of negative reviews on the right-hand side, but I experienced none of that at all. It was nothing but good vibes the entire time we were there.

Well the place is called Selina's which Mia the restaurant is also inside but baby the decorations and the way they have all the waitresses wearing the same flowing elegant dresses i like oh and its a lso a beach club and a club inside which is insane amount of fun for grown-ups to have let alone in one place so I truly enjoyed myself!

Catch of the day with mashed potatoes and Chicken pasta

PURE VIBES! Stumbled on this place by accident but it was a very pleasant surprise. The ambience was beautiful. The food was probably one of the top meals I've had in my life! We had the catch of the day with mashed potatoes and the chicken ____(can't remember the name). Both were delicious! We walked on the beach while waiting on our food which added to the vibes. Didn't experience the club part of it but for food and vibes, this is too spot for sure!

    Jicama Tuna Tacos

Visiting Mia Tulum was one of the highlights of our trip! The food was so delicious. The Jicama Ahi Tuna Tacos are definitely not to be missed. They had fun music and lots of day beds for lounging. The service was fast and our waiter Jesus and his manager were both especially helpful!

We did make a reservation, although the space was surprisingly empty at 7pm. We do know we came as the season is winding down, but for how good this food is, this place should always be packed. Our waitress was delightful - attentive, helped to explain every dish and the dishes all came out quickly but nothing felt rushed. The vibe is very jungle chic with open air seating, slightly covered by large leaf structures. Lots of candles and mood lighting. The menu offered quite the diverse selection of food options with a focus on traditional but elevated Mexican flavors. We started with some signature cocktails - my husband the mustachio whiskey drink and I had the wildfire. Both were perfectly mixed with great flavors. I will note the wildfire was more tart than spiced and did come with a fun flame element (sadly no pic). Also of note, the passionfruit that is used in this drink is a local fruit that is far more tart than other passionfruit you may have experienced. If you like a tart refreshing drink, this is your pick. We shared many dishes - the first was the pork rind with street corn dip. WOW. The pork rind seasoning was absolutely delicious and the serving size of street corn was epic. So rich, so delicious. We also shared the fried avocado - truly, the local avocados are heaven sent and the pumpkin seed purée was perfectly developed and spiced. Next up, larger dishes included the corn ravioli - this was so rich, and swimming in delicious truffle flavor. The raviolis were huge and there were 6 of them. The foam and nest elements while very pretty were also equally delicious. Not something that I often say when it comes to foam on plates. Finally, we had the shrimp main - I cannot put into words how amazing this dish was. The sauce was spicy, garlicky, and clearly developed over many hours. You could taste the time put into this. The shrimp were so tender the heads and tails just fell off. It comes with a side of bread and you will want to soak up every drop of this sauce with the toasted bread. If you are looking for elevated local flavors that have been carefully and meticulously curated then you must have a meal at WILD.

If you're in the right mood, you'll have an amazing time. If you're not, everything can quickly feel a little too loud, inflated, and overpriced. The service is actually better than what you'd expect from a place with this much of a clubby atmosphere, which was a pleasant surprise. The whole space nails that Tulum-style laid-back jungle energy while still feeling upscale and very boho-chic. You're definitely paying a premium for the scene, but the scene is also kind of the point even offseason. Come dressed up, come ready to spend, and come in the mood to make a night of it.

This alone is why I would recommend this beach club to anyone visiting Tulum, but not staying in the hotel zone. Green salad 9/10 Berry smoothie 6/10

You get a tranquil atmosphere and just a few paces away from the sea and this restaurant/bar is completely open-air so you can feel the breeze and soak in the ocean view. The menu is a Mexican culinary experience elevated and with an emphasis on the grill and crafting the food by hand. There's a wide array of unique signature drinks and cocktails influenced by the tropical atmosphere and nature. We ordered the cocktails. One was a chocolate milkshake and a whirlwind of dessert flavors. Very satisfying. The is more citrus based but just as delicious and is the perfect drink on a hot day. We really enjoyed watching them make the guacamole at our table by grinding oven roasted avocados into a flavorful mashup. Then they bring out the tostadas fresh off the grill and it is heaven for guac lovers. Also, their papas are really good. Thick slices of potatoes dressed in a delicious sauce. Service at the restaurant is also excellent and they really aim to please you. Enjoyed both our meals here very much.
