I'm a sucker for black and white graphics, so when I passed by a zebra striped building with a coffee shop in it, I knew that love was waiting for me inside in all seriousness, I caught a glimpse of MIAM and walked in with my family to sample their coffee (they carry Eternity Coffee Roasters coffee beans). I was not disappointed as I found my latte to be PERFECT. Bold, rich, creamy and full of flavor. We actually had a mixup when ordering and I ordered the wrong drink for my husband and the barista was so understanding she swapped it out free of charge for the drink I should have ordered him. That alone earned my respect as that is not what happens at other businesses. The place is also so artfully decorated and as you sit in the lounge you can see a lot of artwork on the Wynwood warehouses. In every way this place was a feast for the eyes. The coffee was regularly priced, however the food, which looked very tasty has upscale prices so if you don't mind paying $10 for a sandwich than go ahead and do so. Miam was excellent. I've rarely had such a good breakfast experience in my life. I got the two eggs anyways with toast and home fries. Boy were those fresh eggs. They were cooked perfectly with a crispy outside and gooey yolk inside. My home fries were also fresh and baked with onions and peppers. The coffee was exceptional too. I loved the ambiance and funky cachkies are definitely from a hipster paradise which may not be your thing but at its core Miam has quality food and service. If I'm back in town you can find me returning here over and over because you can't go wrong with fresh clean quality food. read more

I came here for brunch today after church. It was such a pleasant find! Of course, the interior and exterior decor is on point but the food is even better. My fiancé and I tried the weekly special sandwich and quiche and they were both filling and delicious. I also tried the green matcha latte. The only downside is that they were a little slow with the drinks. The seating inside is fairly spacious but there are some lounge chairs if you want to swing by to study, a table bar where you can work as well, and seating outside. I would definitely come back. I want to try their gelato pops next time! Oh also, you can buy little wynwood gifts there as well as foods from local vendors, beer, and wine. There's plenty of parking outside too! Ok, I thought well maybe they just didn't have time to update their menus in Covid. Ok. But then I was charged a 'non cash charge' of 4%. Even though I paid cash. I asked why I was being charged. She could not answer me. She said 'this is just what the machine does.' I asked if someone else could answer or if there was a manager I could ask. She turned and asked the barista-and she didn't know either. I'm ok with surcharges if spelled out-but not being overcharged with no answers. Makes the customer feel like you are taking advantage. Came here on a lazy Black Friday afternoon brunch. You immediately notice the spacious seating arrangement, the relaxed atmosphere, and the open windows letting in natural light. It feels hip, and it definitely seems like a cafe where you can hang out an get work done. I ordered the coconut chia seed porridge: it taste warm, flavorful, and comforting. I like the burst of flavor the pistachios and pomegranate added to the porridge. It doesn't look like much, but I felt satisfied after eating it. There was a pleasant warmth and after taste left in my mouth afterwards. My brother ordered the French toast. He enjoyed it and felt it was better than most. The fries are also a rip off I asked for garlic parm and the front desk lady up charged me for bacon. After pointing it out she said that there was only one option on the desk and it will come out as parm. The fries are the size of a McDonald's small and are drenched in olive oil and came WITH the bacon. The staff seemed annoyed or clueless or just plain out rude. I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant having it come out COLD after being put in the oven twice to reheat it but it was extremely cold in the middle. I had never heard of it but it was close to the church so we decided to try it out. It has a cute ambiance with both inside and outside seating. You order at the counter first then grab a table with your number and a server brings you your food when it's ready. Very affordable prices ranging from $7-15. I got the eggs Benedict with a matcha latte. The eggs Benedict was wonderful. The server accidentally brought out a chai latte instead of my matcha latte but he let me keep it while he went to get me my matcha latte. He said if he took it away he would just have to dump it out so it was nice of him to leave it for us. The food only took about 10 minutes or less to come out. My friend loved her banana French toast (so did I, she let me try it). I was very pleased with this cute little place and would love to come back again with friends and family. read more
