I was super torn between giving 3 or 4 stars. I had seen this food truck here for a minute now and I am definitely a fan of baked goods, so I had to give it a try. I was disappointed that they do not sell single cookies and I had to commit to a box of 4 cookies for $10. What if I didn't like them, after all? But I threw caution to the wind and went for it. The cookies are baked fresh for each order and here is where things might get sticky. My cookies were veryyyy raw in the centers. Honestly inedible. The cooked parts were delicious, though. So I'm wondering if the cookies were just TOO fresh out of the oven, and needed some time to sit and cool. I took them home and the next day they were somewhat better. So, I think the cookies were very good and worth checking out, but be prepared to not be able to eat them right away. Always love coming here, the desserts are to die for and the customer service is exquisite. I recently came and ordered 2 banana puddings and 1 strawberry crunch tres leche. The wonderful lady unfortunately only had one left in stock and she felt really bad that she had already charged me for 2 banana puddings therefore she gave me a funfetti pudding and an extra strawberry tres leche, i tried to give it back but she insisted! First things first, this truck is located right across the street from Kohl's in a parking lot - don't make the same mistake I did and go through the wrong Town & Country entrance and get stuck in traffic. Now, as for the desserts, they definitely hit if you have a sweet tooth. I got the guava tres leches and the churros. I will say, I love desserts so enjoyed both but this tres leches is VERY milky. If you prefer yours more cakey, just be forewarned. But if you're this person... y tho? All the tres leches come in a glass 8 oz mason jar, so that was a nice touch. The churros are probably some of the best I've ever had in Miami (and yes I'm even counting the ones from a man that used to sell them from a styrofoam cooler off the corner of Bird Road and 107th - #TBT). I opted for the dulce de leche dipping sauce, but there's a few other options as well. The line can get pretty long, so I recommend getting there closer to when they open. We visited Miami Baked on a Friday night. They are located in the parking lot of Kendall Town and Country, in front of Kohl's. There wasn't any wait and ordering was easy enough. We tried the following: Guava Tres Leche- the best if everything we tried. Flavors were good and it was sweet, but not over the top. Quattro Leche- while flavor was very good, the Dulce de Leche layer was extremely thick and thus, the dessert was very, very sweet. I needed a tall glass of water immediately and I recommend only for lovers of Dulce De Leche. Fried Cookie Dough- the concept was cool but the dough inside was mushy and felt odd. This was our least favorite. Ice Cream with sprinkles- Your average ice cream. Simple but fine. All in all service was good and if you have a big sweet tooth, I'd recommend. We received our order pretty quickly. Prices were a bit high but probably worth it again if you like sweets and are looking for something a little different. read more

Great tres leches. Fried Oreos are normal-tasting as far as fried Oreos go. However, god forbid you accidentally leave a lid (in a group of people with lots of napkins and stuff moving around) and then walk away with the rest of the trash to neatly take care of it. The lady serving inside the food truck walked out of the food truck, holding up the line, to go with hella attitude all the way to our table and tell us to leave for leaving the lid. She couldn't digest how confused we were and the fact that it was an accident, nor the fact that in the 4 times we've gone and been served by her, we hadn't left anything either. She made sure to yell loudly in front of everybody that we were disrespecting her business and that she "isn't the one" to pick a fight with. I came here on a Saturday night at 9 PM. Did not expect a line but with the popularity and great ratings of this place, it made sense. The ambiance as well had other food trucks on the side. No worries because We ordered the cookie box, and the oreo tres leches (this was a speciality item). Total came to $23. We didn't wait long for our order, they're pretty organized. The lady who took our order was very sweet too. The cookies are chocolate chip with crushed oreos and icing on top. The tres leches is an original flavored Tres Leches but with soaked oreo crumbs inside and an oreo in the middle , With crushed oreos on top. Both items were super delicious! The cookies had enough chocolate chips and were soft and warm in the inside with a little crunch on the side. The Oreo Tres Leches was outstanding! Possibly one of the best Tres Leches I've ever had! Came here with some friends for some late night desserts. They take a while to make but they're fresh so it's worth it. We all had different opinions on which were our favorites but we all agreed that the chocolate brownie (huge) and the fried Oreos were delicious. None of us liked the cookie dough. It would be better if somehow it could be hard inside the fried dough but it was just a melted mess... And this is coming from someone whose guilty pleasure is to eat the cookie dough raw. It was gross. I'm not a guava fan but if you are, the churros are the perfect amount of it. I finally tried Miami baked last night after hearing so many great things! We had the box of chocolate chip cookies and the golden fried Oreos. The golden fried Oreos were soooo good definitely lived up to the hype! However the chocolate chip cookies were horrible, which was surprising, because they look great. They had really bad bitter after taste like when something is burnt although they were not burnt, they were also really salty, which was weird. Unfortunately they only sell cookies by the box (4 huge cookies) and no one in my group liked them enough to take a second bite so it was a waste. I will be back to try other items, I just do not recommend the cookies. read more

I thought it would be too late for anything to be open but luckily I was able to find Miami Baked. Yum! Honestly so glad Miami Baked is not closer to my house... or else I'd spend every day there! I've been following them on Instagram for a while now and Sunday when my family and I were out shopping for my little brothers prom we saw Miami Baked! Let me tell you .. Holy Mother of all things delicious. I've you are a fan of yummy sweet treats you must check this place out. Everything is just so good. It's hard to decide what to get so like a true sugar addict I over too much of everything. First of all the location is perfect. It's a good truck and located in the parking lot of Town and Country (is it still called that? #throwback) parking lot across the street from kohl's. Because of this there is plenty of parking. Sometimes we bring our lawn chairs so we can eat the yummy goodness as soon as we can get our hands on it! Ha. The food truck is pretty cute and they have a sound system to call out names so it's great because you can wait in your car and you can still hear when they call your name. They also play music between orders. The staff is always friendly and answer all questions we might have. Everything here is great so it's just a matter of what you like to eat. The churros are good. The Ice cream is good but nothing to write home about. All the fried stuff is amazing. I mean how can it not be. The fried Oreos and fried cookie dough. Delish. The tres leches are excellent with my fave being the guava one. The cookies are massive and moist and chewy. Tip: if you get a box you can get different flavors. They don't all have to be the same cookie. But hands down the best dessert that they have that I have tried.....the salted caramel banana pudding. Holy moly. They love to post and rave about their tres leches and people drive from all over Mimi. I make the 45min drive from my place stand in line for over 20min to be told they have a different menu now and don't have tres leches, they should post it with their hours like they post that daily on their IG so people don't come expecting one thing and then not being able to get it after over an hour of driving and waiting in line out together. Terrible went it comes to thinking about their customers. UPDATE AFTER COMMENT FROM OWNER: I did not rudely walk away I said I was not interested in ordering anything else and walked away to not hold the line up and stated the same thing i did on my original comment. They should have posted they did not have. As i go back and review their posts on IG nothing on their story in the past 24 hours stated they won't have their tres leches and on one post labeled giveaway all the way st the end is in the very last sentence which you have expand the post is where they state a different menu.
