It's hard to decide what to get so like a true sugar addict I over too much of everything. First of all the location is perfect. It's a good truck and located in the parking lot of Town and Country (is it still called that? #throwback) parking lot across the street from kohl's. Because of this there is plenty of parking. Sometimes we bring our lawn chairs so we can eat the yummy goodness as soon as we can get our hands on it! Ha. The food truck is pretty cute and they have a sound system to call out names so it's great because you can wait in your car and you can still hear when they call your name. They also play music between orders. The staff is always friendly and answer all questions we might have. Everything here is great so it's just a matter of what you like to eat. The churros are good. The Ice cream is good but nothing to write home about. All the fried stuff is amazing. I mean how can it not be. The fried Oreos and fried cookie dough. Delish. The tres leches are excellent with my fave being the guava one. The cookies are massive and moist and chewy. Tip: if you get a box you can get different flavors. They don't all have to be the same cookie. But hands down the best dessert that they have that I have tried.....the salted caramel banana pudding. Holy moly. They love to post and rave about their tres leches and people drive from all over Mimi. I make the 45min drive from my place stand in line for over 20min to be told they have a different menu now and don't have tres leches, they should post it with their hours like they post that daily on their IG so people don't come expecting one thing and then not being able to get it after over an hour of driving and waiting in line out together. Terrible went it comes to thinking about their customers. UPDATE AFTER COMMENT FROM OWNER: I did not rudely walk away I said I was not interested in ordering anything else and walked away to not hold the line up and stated the same thing i did on my original comment. They should have posted they did not have. As i go back and review their posts on IG nothing on their story in the past 24 hours stated they won't have their tres leches and on one post labeled giveaway all the way st the end is in the very last sentence which you have expand the post is where they state a different menu. Holy crap! These people are the most underrated sweets spot in Miami. Definitely a Kendall staple! I didn't know they opened till 7 so I ended up showing up one day around 3 PM and thought they moved locations LOL! Went a different time, this time like 5 or 10 min after 7 and they were already slammed!!! Long line but it goes fast because they put on some great music for you to shake your ass to while you wait. Seriously though, they were playing Uncle Al at full blast. I'm not much for sweets but their Cuatro Leche was to die for! I was almost mad that I had gotten it for someone else and not myself. Best thing since covid happened. They have many options to order from. Everyday they have a secret menu and last night (friday) was french toast fried oreos. So I had to get it. It was bomb! If you've got a sweet tooth and love fried desserts, this is where you need to be. I decided to try out their hot chocolate and vegan churros with condensed milk. The hot chocolate is presented in their images as this awesome drink with whipped cream and a chocolate bar sticking out, but what I got was just in a regular hot drink cup and when I opened it up it just looked like regular hot chocolate with whipped cream, no cool chocolate bar decor, which bummed me out. I have been stalking this truck on Instagram for months. I live out of state, and finally made it back home to try....everything! (well almost) We got there early and there was already a small crowd. By the time they opened, the line enormous. Once we placed our order, we didn't wait long at all. Everything was amazing, and the sugar coma my family and I had was WORTH IT.
