I've been eating Tiagos Tacos for a year and now is when I'm finally writing a well deserved 5 star review. The restaurant is very small, so take out is a must. Customer service is excellent! I've had their: Quesa Birria Tacos - so juicy and flavorful. Quesa Birria Quesadilla - also juicy and full of flavor. Crunch Wraps are excellent! Chicken Tacos are awful. Dry and tasteless. Tiagos Papas - also an excellent choice. For dessert, we order Paletas. My favorites are Arroz con Leche and Coconut. These artisanal frozen treats are all-natural. I've been to 2 different locations, this is my third. Hialeah and Kendall being the other two. This is the first time I experience a super "mid" experience with Tiago's. What a shame, waited a little to order, no Al pastor tacos and it's 2pm. Very quiet barley people there which is no problem at all but the food was just Thrown in. As you can see the guac plate has Nutella on it, there's guac on the chip, the elote cup was watered down, no cream nothing. It looked / tasted like they opened a can of corn and put it in there. I rarely ever give bad reviews but this topped it, won't be going back to this location. read more

Was there today for lunch and I've noticed they are not serving the same portions like they did before. I ordered a $16 burrito and it's was full of only rice and beans. Very small portion of steak. The steak was actually on one side of the burrito. Before they would put so much meat in their tacos and burritos. Now like all places do when they get popular they start trimming back on the portions of protein. Sad. I use to love this place. I came to Tiagos Tacos with my niece and her friends who had been there before! I noticed that their menu was small which means they focus on the couple things they make. They had tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and crunch wraps. I ordered the taco trio with shrimps and a couple of toppings like onions and crema sauce. I also ordered the queso frito bites and chips and salsa. At first glance the tacos look delicious and they serve huge portions. However, once I tasted the tacos, I was underwhelmed. I found that I did not like the tortillas they used. I ended up eating the shrimps with a fork. The tacos lacked flavor. The queso frito bites were delicious and I would get those again. The chips and salsa were not good. The salsa had not kick or flavor. Overall, I am not a big fan of this food truck. The food needs more flavoring and seasoning. I knew I had to find one of there locations and pay them a visit. The south Miami was the perfect spot. It's an outdoor location and the food is to die for. My taco was cooked to perfection and it was pack with meat and flavor. They told me it would've been a 45 minute wait and my food was ready in 20 minutes. I just love the food there. One of my favorite people told me about this place and we decided to come check it out. It was a first time for both of us :) We arrived a little after 10 and most of the tables were full. We placed our order and while we waited it cleared out significantly, which I was grateful for. The food took about 10-15 minutes to be ready. We ordered the queso frito bites, Al pastor crunch wrap, and nachos. The queso bites were really yummy, and I dipped them in some unknown sauces my friend brought to the table. Lol. The crunch wrap was goooooood. The nachos were kinda too much for me, though. I think there were too many different kinds of heavy meat on them and something didn't settle right for me. Maybe just too much going on with all the sauces and pineapples and onions and whatever else was on there. They were definitely a unique spin on nachos, but perhaps not for me. We then ordered some fried Oreos for dessert- because yes- I am a little piggy. My friend gave me a look like "Really?" And I said "Absolutely!" Lol. They were reallyyyyy yummyyyy. Soooo good. I just left Tiagos this evening (3/16) and the food was on point. I had the queso birria tacos and they were excellent. Besides from the great food, I would like to give props to the young lady that was working this afternoon. She was working by herself, handling both dine in and drive through customers and it was busy. She dealt with a horribly rude customer with more poise than I ever could have! Been here a couple of times and normally I would get Al pastor tacos but decided to switch it up this time and got the Birria Crunch wrap...and my goodness, it was absolutely delicious and super filling!! If you check in, you also get complimentary chips and salsa! I got recommend here by my brother who knows I would die for tacos. I always wanted to try 'tiagos' but never wanted to actually make the drive. Today I happened to be in the area somewhat and made my move and it did not disappoint not one bit ! I already can't wait to come back and try different meals. I got free chips and salsa when I checked in by the way, and wow they were something else. It left a certain taste towards the ending that I just liked. I got also a quesadilla with al pastor ($8) which was as delicious as it looked. The taco trio ($9) and on tuesday ($6)[fyi] were so tasteful too. Everything had a special kick and flavor, and that's why I'm coming back. I wouldn't expect this in kendall at all. I do recommend you order ahead of time if you know it's a busy time of day. My cousins have been dying to try Tiagos tacos for the longest. After we left the Miami zoo, there was one location close by. When trying to locate this restaurant, it's inside of a trucking yard so if you're not careful, you may miss it. But you'll see the plethora cars on the outside waiting to try the great food from Tiagos tacos. This Tiagos tacos location is a food truck with a picnic seating area right next to it. Even though though the line was kind of long, it went by pretty quickly. The staff at the food truck was very nice and gave some great suggestions of what we should try. We ordered the chicken keto bowl, the Alpastor rice bowl, the crunch wrap, the Birria tacos, Jarritos, and fried Oreos. We didn't have to wait too long for our food, which is a plus in my book. OMG the food here is amazing! Not only is the food very flavorful and tasty, they give you huge portions. I had enough food to eat for the next day. The tenderness of the chicken, plus a plethora of toppings, and the great tasting sauces they have available all paired well together. This food truck is currently located off of SW 136St and 154ave, conveniently located right beside the Texaco gas station. I drive past this food truck quite often at night time and it's always packed with people. I always wondered what that food truck was and then last night finally stopped by. They offer a few different kinds of tacos, dillas, and burritos and a few side dishes. I ordered the Elote corn, which was great. The corn was sweet and the sauces complimented it nicely. Also ordered the Al Pastor Quesadilla. This thing weighed about 5 pounds! Filled with tasty meat and all the other toppings. Too many to figure out. Hah! There is plenty of outside picnic table type seating and some tents. Took about 10 mins to get the food.
