Having recently moved to Miami I have heard horror stories about injectors. I am very relieved Dr Calderon is not one of those stories. His aesthetic is natural and prefers to do a little at a time and for you to come back then he to do too much. In my experience this conservative, and calm, approach is a sign of a superb injector. Also, he explains EVERYTHING... from the science behind the product, to the anatomy of the injection site, to his injection technique... he will go into great detail and doesn't rush through the appointment. This is truly not common! My other concern with being injected in Miami was that my aesthetic is not the typical Miami one. Dr Calderon not only honors the patient's preferred aesthetic but his own aesthetic preferences reflect a conservative style. I paid for months of supply, as part of my ongoing Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) treatment, and I did not receive the medication. My process involved both Gisselle Lopez and Roxanne Tevel (who remains one of the main contacts at the clinic). I followed the steps I was given, including the clinic's consultation/coordination, and I was instructed to work with Gisselle Lopez for the medication/refill. I've been a client for almost a year, and I was directed to send payment via Zelle (the same method used successfully on TWO prior occasions). After payment this time, the medication was never provided, and I was blocked by Gisselle Lopez. I went in person to the clinic to resolve it, and I was told there was no refill/order under my name. They told me the employee is not working at the clinic anymore. I escalated this directly to Dr. Gabriel Salloum. He acknowledged that things were handled improperly, but during our call he refused to provide the same amount of medication I paid for and also REFUSED to refund my money back, stating it involved a former employee. The end result is that I'm left with a loss and no treatment, even after the clinic was informed and given a chance to make it right. If this remains unresolved, I will pursue ALL formal remedies to recover the funds. A responsible clinic would fix this immediately instead of leaving the patient to absorb the loss. If you're considering this clinic: be extremely careful. Based on how this was handled, I would NOT recommend!
